Do they usually do this intro? I like it - the voiceover guy and music are fun - they have an '80s vibe :-)

I thought John Stamos was the only one who use that line "I've been a teen idol" ... (Rob Lowe just said it).

Juliette Lewis is so tanned! She's cool.

  8. Michael Kenneth Williams is fucking awesome.

    The Veep guy! Funny.

Oh dear, Prom girl. Oh she's Sweeting now for everything. Dumb.

Steve Coogan is the sickest most sexually twisted mofo anyone would ever not want to meet. But funny.

    ReplyDelete

Anyone else find it surprising that Amy was the lead, and Jennifer the supporting, actress in that movie - not the other way 'round?

    ReplyDelete
  23. Anonymous5:13 PM

    ReplyDelete
  31. Anonymous5:16 PM

It's fantastic that James was nominated - given that the the nominations for these awards come from those working within the industry itself - awwwwww, Jared just acknowledged him, bless!!!! - but it would have been really sad in a way if he had won :-(

Gotta love a guy that loves his Mum ... <3 Jared!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Anonymous5:17 PM

@Pip Squeak - do you not have access to E! on TV? That's where I'm watching it ...

    ReplyDelete
  33. Jared - you should dedicate it to your mom, she's sitting right there.

Too bad Fassy didn't bring his huge cock to the show.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Anonymous5:31 PM

Forest Whittaker and Oprah Winfrey are presenting now ...

    ReplyDelete
  53. Oh poor Don Cheadle. He's a serious actor and as much as I like Ty Burrell, Cheadle is brilliant and doesn't get enough love from his peers.

Aww, Ty Burrell's being funny. Cute.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Ty Burrell is the bumbling dad on Modern Family, right?

    ReplyDelete
  57. Oooh Dame Helen looking evil and fierce.

Oprah sucks the life out of the room. Forrest Whitaker's lost a lot of weight. Maybe it was the hookers and blow.

The Butler was a good movie, it won't win anything but it was well done.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Anonymous5:33 PM

    ReplyDelete
  64. Goodman needs more hookers and blow. Male hookers, of course. Still love him, He's great in Llewyn Davis.

    30 Rock - always brilliant.

Arrested Development - also always brilliant. Coke whore Will Garnet in shades at the table. Stupid pig.

I don't watch the Big Bang Theory, I hear it's very good.

    Julie is definitely drunk.

    ReplyDelete
  69. While modern family has been annoying me, I found myself in tears last week. The story line with Alex reminded me of high school but I didn't have a parent that realized my stress. They nailed it.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Not Goodman! He is one of those guys I think I could actually have a shot at! So...approachable.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Does anyone watch arnetts show the millers? On paper it should be awesome...I don't get it though.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Sorry Steampunk, Goodman is gay gay gay.

Don't worry about having a shot at getting with actors. Depending on your timing, your shot is better than you know. Seriously.

Oh Julia and Meryl - you both sucked in August Osage. Just kill each other now.

    Sweet Ass Matty Damon!

I'm glad for Michael Douglass and his Liberace was fantastic but it wouldn't have been half the movie it was without Sweet Ass Matty Damon. I wish he could have won just one of these things this season.

Anyway, the lovely and talented Emma and the cute-to-die-for Ewan were funny.

Oh, Michael is going for it. So funny. Good kudos and love to Sweet Ass Matty and rightly so.

  170. Sags have follow up clips of the winners holding signs where the winner writes in who they forgot to thank... Michael Douglas wrote in his kids names. Guess he and czj are finite.

O/T while the ads are on ...

I wish E! would use Kristina Guerrero as the red carpet reporter - her husband is a Director (or Producer?) - and she knows a lot of the celebs, so her interviews would be like chats, much like Nancy O'Dell's.

Can't see G ever agreeing to that though ...

  179. Great set of reactions shots from SAG awards past as the buffer. Oddly touching.

    TINA!

    Ensemble award - Drama.

    Boardwalk Empire - great show.

    Breaking Bad - great show.

Downton Abbey - great show but not as great as Upstairs Downstairs from which it "borrows" liberally. Oh, hello Lady Mary's boobs.

Game of Thrones - great show - Khaleesi kicking some ass.

Homeland - good show but both Claire Danes and Mandy the Supercunt bug me.

    And the winnah...

    BREAKING BAD! Yay!
