Blind Item #9

This forever A+ list mostly movie actor with multiple Oscar nominations and wins has been telling people in the past couple of weeks that he spent a night with this almost A+ list mostly movie actress who is about a quarter his age. She thought it would help her career and it definitely hasn't hurt.

  1. I don't think JLaw us ALMOST A+ list. She is. And she won an Oscar before even meeting Jack. So I don't think so.

  2. I think this is one of those "faux" blinds. Guy would have to be about 80, girl about 20. Girl almost A+, meaning she's A. Hmmm. Not. Buying. It.

  3. I think it's fake too. Desperate attempt to make up a BI about JLaw to draw eyeballs to the site. Problem is, there isn't an A+ Oscar-winning actor four times her age who has the clout to have helped her career. That would take a Hanks or a Pitt, not a Nicholson or a Beatty.

  5. Didn't Nicholson sneak up on JLaw at an awards show? JLaw doesn't need to sleep with anyone right now. Her career is on fire! If anything, Jack needs to sleep with her to resurrect his career!!

  6. Michael Douglas as an older actor with pull but I can only get actresses 1/3 his age, not 1/4

  7. Ew.

And I agree with WritergirlinLA, Jack's career seems DOA.

    1. I guess Jack will just have to be happy with his $400 million since his career is dead.

  9. True or not, sleeping with Jack Nicholson can have no discernable effect on JLaw's career. Her A+ comes from her performances in The Poker House, Winter's Bone, Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle. Plus the financial performance of X-Men First Class, The Hunger Games and The Hunger Games Catching Fire. Sleeping with an ancient screen legend will be a good story to tell her grandkids.

    1. Lazy- Never underestimate the power of connections and timing in Hollywood. Agree in general with your thought and most if not all A++ performers make it on talent, but Hollywood is a fickle place and one casting decision/role and serendipity can make a tremendous difference. There are literally thousands of potential great actors/actresses that fail.

    2. The nature of the blind is not about what sleeping with Jack can do for Jlaw NOW (if it is about them)- it is about a rising actress a few years ago maybe sleeping with a Hollywood icon and power figure and speculating on whether or not that may have helped her career - It apparently didn't hurt it.

  10. How can he even get it up anymore?

  11. Cmon people. No time frame on when he slept with her (If Jack and Jlaw). Ratings are now. You don't think there was a time, say after Winters Bone in 2010, when she would have been in a situation where she could have hooked up with Jack? Whether it helped her or not- just because she is huge now and everyone seems to like her doesn't mean she wouldn't have done the same things young actresses have done since the beginning of Hollywood?

  12. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

  13. Jennifer Lawrence didn't meet Jack UNTIL she won her Oscar.
I agree..Girl don't have to fuck any fossils for her career then or now.

  14. Didn't Joan Rivers say JLaw slept with someone to get her Oscar? Think it was a BI here.

    1. Rivers hates JLaw, she'd say anything nasty about her just to say it

  15. robert de niro and jennifer lawrence just because they worked together when she was not A list

  16. If Enty must write a blind about JLaw 's sleeping to help her career,he would write about her relation with David O Russell.
He casted TWICE her in the roles written for 10 years older actresses

  17. Jack hasn't had any pull with the studios for years. Maybe he could get a young actress hired for a walk-on. Maybe.

  18. Jack seems like a dirty, dirty boy. He's probably be a ton of fun in the sack, and old or not, I'd consider hopping on his merry-go-rod if given the chance!

  19. The last formerly young A lister who slept with Jack for her career was Jlo - who hasn't won any Oscars or been nommed.

JLo may have slept with someone older a few years back but it wasn't Jack.

    Warren Beatty and...?

Or it's just a blather, not a blind.

    1. Someone a quarter of Pitt's age would be about 12. Think older...

  22. Oops - JLAW may have slept with someone years ago to help her career but it wasn't Jack (is what I meant to type).

Nurse - Jack is a very dirty boy. If you like a lot of drugs and getting spanked, he's your guy. I don't know if he can get it up anymore but you probably shouldn't fuck him without a hazmat suit on anyway. He famously refuses to wear condoms and has refused to wear them for decades. God knows what kind of shit he's carrying by now.

  23. Sleeping with Jack is a career killer for most of the actresses he's been with.

  24. Mickey Rooney and ??

  25. Sleeping with Jack is an appetite killer, too. The concept makes me wanna hurl, even in his younger days.

  26. I hadn't realized De Niro and Lawrence worked together. Might make sense.

Sleeping with Jack did no favors for Lara Flynn Boyle. And he looks like a dirty old man creeping up behind JLaw, I hope to god she didn't with him. He's boned some real doozies in his time (Janice Dickenson, shudder). Hazmat suit for sure.
