Blind Item #3

This former B-/C+ list mostly television actor who only got that high because of the very hit show he was on recently celebrated getting out of prison by hanging out with his girlfriend but ended up having sex with a guy he met in prison. Considering he likes to pretend he is straight and his friends are complete homophobes he might want to keep this quiet. Too late.

  1. Lillo Brancato? He just got out of jail.

  2. Nice, @Surfer!

Brancato was incarcerated as state inmate #09A0227 in the Oneida Correctional Facility in Rome, New York, and was subsequently transferred to the Hudson Correctional Facility. On December 31, 2013, he was released on parole. His release was celebrated by "Mafia wannabe types" who set off fireworks in Pelham Bay, causing damage to nearby homes.

    (He was in Sopranos.)

    1. @JAS - nope. If the guy wants to stay in the closet and hang out with homophobes that is his prerogative. The only reason to post this is to imply there is something untoward about having sex with a man he met in prison. Being in the closet doesn't make you a hypocrite, Jonathan.

  6. Wow, looked up this guy and what a waste. He's messed up in a lot of ways. He killed a cop in a robbery and still got released? This astounds me.

  7. isn't he more well known for a bronx tale than for the sopranos? still, i think it's him.

  8. I'm with you Sherry, how do you kill a cop and get out of jail so soon? He'd better remember what happened to the gay guy in the Sopranos.

And I love 'A Bronx Tale'!

  10. I don't think he was the trigger man, so he ended up getting less time.

  11. Being in the closet certainly DOES make you a hypocrite.

And yeah, he killed a cop and he's out? Weird. I've never even heard of that happening.

  12. He wasn't carrying a weapon. The other guy got life.

  13. Accessories/accomplices can be charged with murder even though they didn't commit it and then frequently do A LOT less time than they were originally threatened with. Particularly if they testify.
