A 16 year old was arrested and charged with murder in Arizona after what she says was a sex game gone wrong. The teen was having sex in her house with her 43 year old boyfriend or trick, no one is quite sure yet when her mom called police. The mom didn't call the police because the two were having sex which frightens me. Nope. She called the police because the man died during sex. The teen told police that the man died while she was cutting him and and using erotic strangulation. I didn't even know 16 year olds knew about that kind of thing. When police arrived they found the man with cords still around his neck and cuts all over his body. The teen fled before police arrived but was captured and charged with second degree murder.

ReplyDeleteHaving written that, keep up with my niece on Facebook (fractured family). Her mum wrote how my niece, who is 11 years old, had bought her own earring which was for the cartiledge at the top of her ear. In the comments the mother then wrote that next was a belly button ring and then a tongue ring. She turns 12 in April. What do children have to look forward to when they have no boundaries and do everything before they are 18.
She also sent her to a 'formal' for the end of primary school in an adult dress that was cut down, full make-up, false nails, hair for an adult and heels. Is it me? Am I just old or is the world going to hell in a hand basket?

I live in AZ and saw this on the local news. Whos house is this pictured? From what I have seen and read, it happened in an apartment.

DeleteAge of consent in Arizona is 18 so sex would be illegal. However I don't know if this meets the Arizona definition of sex (i.e. if she just tied him up and cut him but there was no penetration would it still qualify as sex in Arizona?). I couldn't help but wonder whether the daughter might be taking the rap for the mother but maybe I'm just read too many Lana Turner bios.

@Ice Angel, life isn't black and white. She admitted the encounter was consensual and she wasn't defending herself. Regardless of age or state, when you recklessly cause another person's death, you're going to be charged.

ReplyDeleteAbout 10 yrs. ago a friend was telling me about clothes for *little girls* & how disgusted she was as a Mom of a 4 yr. old. Went to my local Target - high heeled stripper shoes, see-thru tops, BRAS for 6 yr. olds. Few years later A&F was doing thongs for 4 year olds, too. Sexualizing kids is really a horribly ill thing to do. And this story's an example of what can be the end result.
