That must have been an interesting day inside the Spelling house. Right before Christmas. This isn't the first time Dean has inserted his hockey stick elsewhere and not the first time he has been caught. It is the first time any tabloid has got someone to go on the record though. I think Dean probably thought he was safe keeping everything confined to Canada. Tori was always worried about him cheating because they did meet that way. They both cheated on their respective spouses. Maybe he thinks he can live pretty well off child support money because he sure is not going to make any money off his acting or get another reality show.
If the story wasn't true Tori would have let the world know it. With her silence she is confirming it is true. Dean for now is still in their house but I wonder if that will hold true after the holidays.
I feel sorry for her. Four kids with someone she loves/d and public humiliation. Then her family history.... She was great in NoTORIous.

I'm not a Tori fan (certainly not a cheater fan) but at least try to be consistent.

ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of monogamy and a long time practitioner. At the same time I realize that it's hard. Marriage is complicated and if someone cheats that's their personal business not mine.
Also - no matter what she says about it people will believe what they want to believe! Lucky for her the story came out of Christmas when most people are busy!
Actually, Dean left his ex while they were adopting a baby girl and left the little girl to be adopted by his ex alone. He's real slime.

DeleteYes, they had a son, and were in the end stage of adopting the daughter, one of the things that terrified Mary Jo (his ex) was she thought she'd lose the approval for the baby because of the situation-while he & Tori slagged her on live TV. I despise D&T.

ReplyDeleteCheating might not end a marriage but you better not slip up more than once or I'm gone. I can understand a little bit of frustration, and one slip up. But monogamy is not hard- I do it with no problems, crushes don't have to be explored for me- and I think it's kinda sad that people think it's so difficult.

My bet is that they'll split and then Tori will be on USWeekly with headlines like "Tori: All Alone On Her Birthday" and that kind of thing, trying to get sympathy.
I wouldn't be surprised if Candy is indeed holding back the $$$ until Dean splits. From what I've read she never liked the guy.

It was her father's will she was left out of - I guess Candy could have talked him into it, seems like she had him wrapped around her finger but if I remember correctly, Aaron Spelling only (and I mean relatively here cause he was LOADED) left her like $200k in his will. I always wondered how much her brother got.
