Kelly LeBrock And Chris Cagle Are latest Celebrity DUI Arrests

No one is going to touch Tami Erin for awhile in celebrity drunk driving arrests but Kelly LeBrock and Chris Cagle gave it their best shot as they were both arrested for DUI. Kelly was arrested several weeks ago up in Santa Barbara but no one noticed. Celebrities hate when you don't notice something, even a DUI arrest. How can you have a redemption story on Kneepads if no one knows why you need to be redeemed? It wouldn't shock me if Kelly's publicist was the one who released the story.

Meanwhile, country singer Chris Cagle was arrested on Sunday outside Dallas. The I Breathe In I Breathe Out singer ran a red light and got pulled over and then got arrested for DUI.

  2. Kelly is still dealing with the trauma of having been married to Steven Seagal. I think she deserves a little sympathy and consideration from us.

So this guy gets a paragraph (does anybody still play his stuff?) and Ray freakin' Price gets 3 sentences that make him sound like a one hit wonder. Cool. *side eye at tweener-Enty*

  4. Tami is #3 on Smoking Gun Mugshot Review. Hard to believe Kelly didn't make the cut. They're slipping. Props to Tami for taking a good mug shot.

  7. You don't have to be drunk per se to blow over .08 which I assume is the standard in most states in the US and this is why I can't be too hard on first timers unless their level was really high, because if you can't talk or walk, you can't drive. That's pretty much common sense.

In Ontario they have a new law that if you blow .05 and basically if you had one drink with lunch you can blow that easy even though you are fine, esp if you are female and smaller, they impound your car for 24 hours but then you get it back.

This is an incentive to get people to not drink at all or drive I imagine.

My feeling is this - if law enforcement thinks .05 means you are impaired, then make it that the standard or do what other countries have done, just make it zero.

That pretty much drives home the message, don't be wishy washy.

Or start installing those breathlyser things on all the cars so they just won't start if you blew over a certain level even adjusting for some error.

  8. Locally they caught someone with a level over. 25 which is the alcohol poisoning level, and the cops said the scary thing is the guy did not seem that drunk. Which usually indicates the guy was an alcoholic and those are the people that just won't stop driving it seems.

  9. For those of you who don't know/remember.....Cagle is the guy who had a Hooter's Girl for a girlfriend. They broke up, then got back together after about 3 months apart and bam, she's pregnant. He announces it on his Myspace/facebook page all excited about being a Dad. Even posts just before the kid is born about how he's waiting for his kid to be born. Next thing it comes out that a DNA test was done and he's not the Dad. I felt bad for him.
