Good luck getting into the Oscar death roll.
ReplyDeleteSo Carrie Underwood's performance claims its first victim. RIP.
ReplyDeleteLol!!
DeleteKaren, you need Jesus. :P
DeleteCarrie Underwood killed her.
ReplyDeleteFormer Oscar nominees get into the "death rol" (in memoriam). It's the popular figures like Roger Ebert who get shut out!
ReplyDeleteWow, this is lifted word for word from a story I read on a new site this morning. Either it is the family's announcement re-quoted or the Enterns are getty lazy.
ReplyDelete@Rosemary, you're probably right about that. I'll bet they'll make room for Paul Walker anyway.
ReplyDeleteShe was lovely.
ReplyDeleteShe was beautiful
ReplyDeleteRoger Ebert was a movie critic on a TV show. Just because he reviewed movies doesn't mean he gets mentioned on the Oscars. His obit would have appeared on the Emmys.

ReplyDeleteRIP.
ReplyDeleteAch, how I DO love the Baroness! She got the better end of the deal after all: no kids and still lots of money.
ReplyDeleteRIP. A good actress who, like many in Hollywood, really deserved a bigger career than she got. Nonetheless we can be thankful for the performances she left us.
ReplyDeleteAwesome actress. She was much more than The Sound of Music.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this, Enty.
Sad, another golden era leading lady lost. But a good long life and a very productive career. RIP.
ReplyDeleteLove the Baroness, but Mother Superior got the best line 'what is it you c@nt face Maria'
ReplyDeleteLol, Gabi. I'd never heard that before but a Google search confirmed what I thought you meant.
ReplyDeleteAnd given what I've read about how strong-willed and domineering Maria was irl, apropos to boot.
