This former B list mostly television actress from an almost network hit show was chain smoking cigarettes at an event and was repeatedly asked to stop. The actress looked rough. As in no sleep for days and puffy and swollen and she ground the cigarette out she was smoking in the floor and told them to take the cost of the damage out of her check.
