Matthew Knowles has never really had much fondness for Alexsandra Wright. You might not remember that name but she is a very important person in his life. He had unprotected sex with her while he was married to Beyonce's mom. Yeah, so he ended up getting divorced and Beyonce was so ticked off at her dad that she fired him as her manager so there went all that easy money he had been making for almost two decades. Meanwhile, a judge ordered Matthew to pay Alexsandra $12K a month in child support. Everything was fine as long as Matthew had money coming in but he has no more money or he just doesn't want to pay. He has missed his last two payments and now owes $24K with another $12K due last week which would bring the total to $36K. It is usually about the three month mark that they start to get aggressive in California about doing things like taking all your money or throwing you in jail.
The good news for Matthew is that the child is now 3 so he only has about 180 payments of $12K remaining on his decision to have unprotected sex.
Butt sex woulda saved that dude a lot of money.

ReplyDeleteIn Canada, I think there is a process wherein a parent can ask for reduced child support if their circumstances / income changes drastically.

ReplyDeleteCalifornia don't play with child support or welfare. There is no statue of limitations on men who allow the mothers of their children go on welfare. California will seize property and everything a man has. It's no joke.

ReplyDeleteChild support services in California is aggressive once a case is enforced by them; however, most child support cases do not automatically go through child support services. Even once a case is opened, the facts in the case must be verified by both parties.
Even with my simple case with barely five figures in back support owed, I did not start to see portions of the back support until over a year after I opened my case. This was after having my case turned over to specialist within the department.
I have held out hope that this site would turn around someday. I am sad to see that it is nothing more than sensationalist crap.

ReplyDeleteI found child support cases depend on your lawyer and/or case worker. I attached unemployment checks,income tax returns and even had a case worker call the gf's employer threatening to attach her pay checks.

What I don't understand:Bey is mad her dad is a cheater, but her own husband has kids with other women (while he was with Bey) and cheats regularly.. Is it because her dad's affair was so out in the open and Jay's affairs are fairly hidden so they don't hurt her 'happily married' image or is she just dumb?
