I hate olives but it doesn't stop me from getting drunk on martinis.

Try different flavored martinis?
I hate stubble in the sink but I sleep with men anyway.
I hate pepperoni, but that doesn't stop me from eating pizza! See how dumb that sounds.
Actually, I don't like olives either, but I love tapenade. Which is olives (and anchovy, olive oil, capers + other stuff if you want).
Then why not have a martini with a twist of lemon?
@aemish, a martini is technically gin or vodka
with dry vermouth, olives or a lemon twist. If you add onions it is a Gibson.

brittany murphy's father has new lab tests indicating she was poisoned. The LA coroner apparently didn't test for toxins
I love tapenade with a metric tonne of garlic.
We have a lot of bars and restaurants in my community and a lot of them seem to have whole pages of different flavored martinis..
Yikes melissa
That whole thing was odd, didn't her husband die just a few months later of the same 'ailment'?
Makes you wonder about her mom.
dang! I never knew there was THAT many martinis out there

@melissa.. whoa!! I knew something was up
Good vodka on the rocks, 3 olives.
The perfect martini.
Screw vermouth.
I love green olives!
bacon
yes 5 mos later the husband died
both had the same symptoms
Her father paid to have tissue samples preserved for testing on her
all very strange
RAT POISON!? poor Britney :(
I love all olives. I order martinis for the olives.
Y'all can have all the olives. They're up there with Deviled Eggs.
Jeebus H. Christ on the Brittany story. :/
Martini goes with cucumber (a slice instead of the olive, obvi) all the way.
Poor BM, I loved her.
I never cared for martinis unless they were dirty ( olive juice) my fave was always frozen gold tequila straight up. Mmm, that is some fine smooth sipping. The heat of the tequila contrasting with the iced shot glass....OK, Big sips ;D
Publix by us has an olive bar where they have all these fancy stuffed olives with like feta and garlic...damn I lose my mind sampling the yummy flavored olives
Olives are so tasty! Fresh Market has that here tii @Gator
*too
One time I asked my pop, "Pop, how come you never drink?"
He looked at me and said, "Hard liquor always made me throw up and beer gave me the shits."
So I says, "Me too, but its fuckin worth it."
I heard, "Your a real asshole" for the next 10 minutes of the drive.
I hate you but it doesn't stop me from reading this site.
JK
just kidding
The Murphy's Hotel in Murphy CA sells teeny anchovy stuffed olives deep fried as a snack. I have tried like hell to duplicate them in my kitchen and I will drive an hour to get them. Life is too short to not appreciated olives IMHO. They are delicious and their oil is life giving! Carry on.
Meanie: What have you got against deviled eggs?!?!?!? They're eggs and mayonnaise and tasty. You're an anti-ovum aren't you?
LOL Sherry, I LOVE eggs, but not deviled. I love hard boiled whites, but not yolk. It's a texture thing, I think. Just...NO!
Robin Scherbatsky learned to love olives, so can you!
Nuh-uh!!!
No way, baby, no how!!!
Recently, I had some olives stuffed with bleu cheese and maple bacon. All I can say is, "wow".
when i was a bartender, I loved making dirty martinis and bloody mary's. Lots of people told me that they were great and delicious. I even loved making them, I even loved the smell of them, but I thought they tasted so nasty. I couldn't even swallow a sip.
Olives are delicious, as are hard boiled eggs.
Ahhhh…nothing better than a very dirty, dry Ketel One martini.
I thought they would have tested for toxins due to mold in the house? Someone on here said she died of AIDS. I'm sure AIDS and toxic mold don't mix. I suspect her husband had AIDS too and that's why they married.
I bottle my own black olives. We've got a tree. They are the fucking bomb. Those and artichokes.
