Marine Dance-Off

  1. That was fun....can someone tell me the difference between the marines in the white pants and the marines in the dark pants? Is it a rank thing?

  2. Yep it's the Marine Blue-White Uniform for enlisted men of staff sergeant or higher grade, officers, and enlisted men assigned to special duties such as the silent drill team during the Summer months.The blue pants with the "blood stripe" denote NCOs - Corporal thru Sergeant Major.

  3. Usually for ceremonial occasions. Officers may wear them during the summer, I think, but generally, they're generally worn for functions.
