Yep it's the Marine Blue-White Uniform for enlisted men of staff sergeant or higher grade, officers, and enlisted men assigned to special duties such as the silent drill team during the Summer months. The blue pants with the "blood stripe" denote NCOs - Corporal thru Sergeant Major.
That was fun....can someone tell me the difference between the marines in the white pants and the marines in the dark pants? Is it a rank thing?
