I doubt that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are up to buying a new house together so selling their $4M home they purchased together a few years ago is just one of the steps needed in the divorce process. My guess is they are settling every possible thing in advance so there is no negative press and Khloe is free to just blast Lamar every chance she gest on her way to a spin off series which will involve her trying to find a new guy to date but ultimately she ends up with The Game who used to be a "friend" but now she wants more. During the series Khloe will discover The Game has about twenty other girlfriends but won't listen to anyone and will pour her heart out to Kris Jenner/TMZ and tell the world how much he loves him while negotiating a nice hefty payout behind the scenes.
Khloe and Lamar hoped they could sell their house privately but now that it is out there I wonder what their story will be. Maybe there won't be a story because the show ends this weekend and during Thanksgiving Khloe will announce the divorce. Oh and happy 34th birthday Lamar who celebrated alone.
