Gary Kubiak In Stable Condition

Last night at halftime Houston Texans coach Gary Kubiak was making his way to the locker room when he collapsed to the ground in what looked to be incredible pain. The team was quick to say he did not suffer a heart attack but would not say what was wrong with him. He was transported to the hospital and is reported to be in serious but stable condition. Kubiak is 52 and there had been no indications prior to this incident that anything was wrong with him.

  2. So practicing sports is good for heart health, right?
    I don't know who he is, apart from what I read in this entry, but I hope he gets better and lives a long productive life.

    The first two posts I've read today have been about "rock stars" having sex with loose women. Then I click on this oldfart who apparently can reach the locker room without his old bones snapping. Ahhhhh. Aging is GREAT. Looking forward to reaching my 50's. Brittle bones and all...

      @leekay...

      I'm 12years away from his age and totally kidding. Just decided to post ridiculous posts today. Having fun with CDAN today.

      Sorry if my posy cut close to home. Are your bones okay?

      Just kidding.

      Or am I?

      ;^)

  5. I think it was a reaction to the Texans having a half time lead. If they won the game, 1/2 the stadium would have keeled over.

    2. I'm way too close to that age, and it sucks. I can say the wisdom earned is absolutely the only single thing I can find that's good about aging. The rest sucks more than words can express. I hate it, but the options...😞

  9. It was frightening. No one knew what was happening, but the sideline commentator said he appeared to be in serious pain and wouldn't open his eyes.

    P.S. He's not old damnit!

  10. It was just reported to be a TIA - Transient ischemic attack

  11. I wondered if it was a stroke or some sort of migraine thing. I felt bad for the team after he was taken off the field on a stretcher--the team was worried about him. I was too. I hope he feels better quickly!
