Blind Items Revealed

October 24, 2008

#3 - Jackass - B list television actress who used to be on a hit and is now on a new show. Not the most fun person to work with according to the crew. For someone who is lucky enough to have a career she sure loves to play the game of don't talk to me. Apparently unless you are a producer or director on the show, you are not allowed to speak directly to her. Well, the crew loves nothing more to talk to her anyway. They love doing this when they need a break because they know she will throw a tantrum and retreat to her dressing room for at least an hour.

  3. Why are people like this? Do they really believe they're above everyone. Someone should do a little cross stitch pillow saying "be kind to the people you meet on the way up...". She needs a reminder.

    1. "...cause youre gonna meet the same people on the way down." It was Ed Norton who said that on the Honeymooners. Sewer worker philosophy. :-) So true, too.

@Natural Blonde - so true in fact that you had to state it three times! ;-) (Jokes :-) )

She'd probably gag them with the pillow and snort coke off their corpse.

  6. Too bad so many actors have delusions of grandeur. Prerequisite for career, maybe?

  7. She isn't all that good of an actress. Hopefully her career is over now.

  8. Before she was LA MESS, she worked at local theatre here in Seattle. Within DAYS of her arrival, she'd managed to offend everyone at Intiman Theatre (Tony Winner for Best Regional Theatre) - staff, cast, crew and production team.

She was especially vicious to the Costume Designer and Costume dept. Nothing was ever good enough. And her complaints went to the Director - who'd already approved everything - for him to override. She was most adept at standing on her knees when she needed to.

When you are a no-name talent landing one of your first professional stage credits, you don't behave this way. Ever.

She's been damn lucky. Thinly talented at best and a total... sorry, mommy says I'm not to use that word.

  9. What a piece of work!

  10. She must be really good at "other things" because she isn't that talented or all that good looking.

  11. Aside from the kindness blinds, I sincerely hope that most of the people we read about here end up in the same vast wasteland to feed and prey upon each other for eons.

  12. Don't remember, was this AFTER Will & Grace? Oh how the rest of the cast on W&G must have hated working with her, the others were such professionals, and decent people.

    1. Eric McCormac looks so much happier, and even younger, on 'Perception'. He looked old and sourpuss on W&G.

  13. Hey QueenAnne, since you know her, do YOU think she's Coke Mom?! I've always assumed it was actually Angie Harmon myself, but I'd love to hear what an insider thinks! :-)

  14. I don't know her. Friend worked on the show. Back then she was a nobody. Her behavior stood out because Seattle Polite is strictly enforced in these parts.

When she "made it" with W&G everyone who had worked on the show at Intiman was pretty appalled.

  15. Favorite story: she filed some kind of L&I complaint about a corset she was supposed to wear. Since the actress has full control over the tightness of those things...

  16. I'd looooove to hear stories from cast &/or crew on the Will & Grace set. She must have been atrocious at her peak on that show. What a bitch.

  17. Supposedly Lucille Ball was a bitch, too, so I'm not going to judge. I love the work both of these women have done.

  18. @MadLyb Lucille Ball was supremely talented and business savvy (produced and owned her shows). This one on the other hand...

  19. I've always had a hard time with the coke mom and mean bitch stories because I'm a big fan. I follow her on Twitter and FB and on Halloween she posted some wild eyed pictures of herself with Mariska Hargitay. Hmmm, coke mom and friend??

When W&G ended Megan Mulally was asked if she kept anything from the show. She said that Debra took I think the door from the office and when they told her to give it back she said "Fuck you."

@califblondy - I'd be more surprised if Hargitay didn't use, but I don't know if she does or not. I haven't heard any stories about Hargitay being horrible to anyone but she and her husband are allegedly known to 'party with other couples' (if you get my drift). Other than that, I'd say they're pretty much cut from the same cloth.

Haha bananas ... she looks like an ass. Similarly, there's a blog where people ask questions of the blogger just to wind him up - it's beyond funny as he goes off his trolley every time. Coke Mom should watch herself - she ain't getting any younger and there are a million and one starlets biting on her heels for a chance in Hollyweird.

  21. Queen Anne Guido-thanks for the Intiman information. I still watch W&G, but mostly for everyone but Grace.
