Blind Item #5

This former network star who was on a very hit show that made her a brief A lister has seen show after show since crash and burn. Our actress still thinks it is a decade ago and that she is popular. At a charity event she insisted people only call her Ms.________. No first names allowed. Someone was also supposed to follow her all night holding a glass of lukewarm water and her bag. Our actress just about lost it when one attendee asked our actress if she was still acting because she had not seen her in anything.
