Xtina, if you are interested in someone you won't need to share your blow with, and can handle his own drugs, get in touch.
I think it means that the gf is an addict, bf went to get coke for her and got caught and send to rehab.
I thought this was Fergie/Josh but they're married, right?
I took this to mean they started doing drugs together so she could lose weight, but he got addicted and ended up having to go to rehab.
