Third Eye Blind Wife Kidnapped Her Kid

The wife of former Third Eye Blind guitarist Anthony Fredianelli is in jail for kidnapping her own six year old daughter. Kristi Fredianelli is being held in a San Diego jail awaiting an extradition hearing to Nevada where a judge issued a fugitive warrant after Kristi was accused of kidnapping her six year old daughter.

Back in 2009, Kristi and Anthony were named the girl's legal parents by a judge in San Diego. In 2011, a Nevada court set aside that order and ruled it invalid. Kristi won custody of the daughter she shares with Sebastian Martinez who was given visitation. Later Kristi lost custody to Sebastian and Kristi was given visitation. She is about to lose that though. My guess is there are drugs involved on at least Kristi's part or her husband's part because you don't just lose custody for no reason. There has to be something to trigger that decision. Maybe she was going to lose visitation so she decided to kidnap her own child. The kid is 6 and this has been going on for four years. The daughter has known nothing but her parents fighting and now one parent is in jail. This is what the daughter can look forward to for the next twelve years.
