This former B list reality star who was in multiple reality shows has her career barely registering a pulse for some time now. She is desperate to revive it again and calls her agent almost hourly to ask him if he has found her any work. She says she needs the money and she really wants the fame again. While she used to ask for $25K an appearance and burned so many bridges when offered less than that, she is now willing to appear places for as little as $1000. She even appeared at a Bachelorette party not long ago for $1500 so she could do a Q&A about one of her shows.

ReplyDeleteIt's hard for me to believe that she was so delusional as to think she would have a long career. What are these talentless twits thinking? I'd take the money, be gracious everywhere, and save save save for the inevitable day(s) when no one cared.

ReplyDeleteI actually feel bad for a lot of these young starlets. Its really hard to go back to a "regular" job after the cameras turn off. Look at the kid from the suite life of zack and cody. He is a host at some restaurant in NYC and people are giving him shiz because of it. At least he's working. What about Amanda Bynes, whats going to happen in a year or two when she's flat broke? These stars have to be delusional to think the money train will always chug along.

ReplyDeleteI feel sorry for these people too. They are surrounded with people who pump them up, provide them with a fancy lifestyle, beautiful friends and lovers. It never occurs to them to save for a rainy day.

DeleteThis is the perfect example of kicking people on the way up, leaving no one to catch you on the way down. "Reality" TV has been around for well over a decade now, how is it that people haven't learned how fleeting that type of fame is?

ReplyDeleteI don't feel sorry for reality stars. They have an amazing opportunity to bank a lot of $$$ in a very short time doing pretty easy work (i.e. making appearances at parties in Vegas). If they're too stupid to take advantage of this and just blow it all instead, they deserve to go broke!

ReplyDeleteThe kid from Zack & Cody who works in a NYC coffee shop has millions in the bank and is working there as material for a script he's writing, he's not broke by any stretch of the imagination.
ReplyDeleteAnd let's not put Amanda Bynes in the same category as Ceiling Eyes, Amanda deserves more respect than that (as an actress with talent) in my opinion.
In her defense, I'd much rather "spend time" with Audrina than those 4 prostitutes Pam, Kim, Paris and Lindsey.

I watched a season of a show she was on, can't remember which one. And even though she was one of the "stars" she rarely had anything to say. She would just look at another person and occasionally blink. The story line she was involved in was a guy with two names. Something like David-Bobby. It wasn't his real name, but everyone called him that. He was a total douche, so of course multipul women on the shown wanted him. Anyway, Audrina had nothing to add really, other than she looked amazing in a bikini. Maybe she could get a swimsuit line started.
