#3 - This B-/C+ list television actor has been in this same space before. This time it is because although he earns five figures an episode for the cable show in which he stars he only pays about $375 a month in child support. Where does he spend the rest of his money? Lots of trips to Vegas for strippers.
Kevin Dillon
He may also have spent a lot of money on a good lawyer who swung that deal for him.
ReplyDeleteDamn you, Moody!
ReplyDeleteB-/C+?
ReplyDeleteI don't even know who he is.
O: Entourage!?
DeleteAnd also Matt Dillon's brother. Think of a cartoonish version of Matt and you get Kevin.
DeleteThe support was probably calculated prior to Entourage, and the baby momma never took him to court for more. And you have to ask how much she makes, because that is taken into consideration and you basically pay based on the difference.
ReplyDeletePlus, 5 figures an episode aint really all that much when you consider they only did like 10-13 episodes/year.
All that said, I'm broke and I pay more than him.
Entourage
ReplyDelete@Count with all the lawyers in the metropolitan area you can and should be doing better.
ReplyDeleteYes, Kevin is the unfortunate Dillon.
ReplyDelete@Sandy: Nah. My ex doesn't make dick. Not that she isn't smart or capable, just that she has a severe aversion to responsibility. I made more than her when I was 21 moving furniture part time. Plus, I'm already down $35k in attorney and shrink fees. Time to cut my losses and wait till her early 40s breakdown.
ReplyDeleteNever asked for child support I figure we are working it out just fine without an attorney with they hand out
ReplyDeleteI would have had to pay my ex husband child support. Even though HE is the one we put through school for his Masters degree, he chose to not work, or work well below his potential, for a very long time (part time work at a golf course got him free tee times. Seemed like a fair trade for him. Not so much for me.)
ReplyDeleteWe fought it by saying I would have more custody time AND had to endure the flexibility of his variable schedule, so the judge awarded no child support, and neither one of us can go back and try again. Fast forward three years and he's back to making close to 6 figures. Now that he had to pay the mortgage (I left him with the house), he figured he needed to get a well paying job. At least he's showing a sense of responsibility now.
All that being said, whoever said Kevin Dillon was the 'unfortunate Dillon' was spot on!! LOVE that title for him!!
Kevin is one ugly bugger!!!
ReplyDeletenot surprised. Strikes me as someone who cant get out of his own way.
ReplyDeleteOnly Johnny Drama could get away with something like this.
ReplyDeleteI just hope the child is being taken care of. If it's not enough, then a court should not have to order him to pay more. He should be willing to do it anyway.
