Eminem did the same thing during the football game so I wonder if one was imitating the other. Can't remember who came first.

That looks exactly like my cousin Paul! I would swear it was him but we live in Canada and I would have heard if he had travelled. Paul has Down Syndrome and epilepsy which is what makes him stare like that. This guy probably has similar issues.
