Blind Items Revealed

June 24, 2013

This B-/C+ mostly movie actress who has almost A list name recognition, but has not done much since falling in love was at a restaurant this week and ordered five separate dishes which is as much as she usually eats in a month. She pushed her fork through all the dishes, but only drank some wine and then some more wine and ended up not eating anything.

  3. I think she's a heroin addict. That's just my personal opinion based on knowing several of them.

  4. I need to go with her just to finish the food.

  5. What a waste...there are ppl who have nothing, & then u have this shit. Oh & newsflash Kate, you would look 10 times better if you'd eat!!!! She was so cute in Blue Crush.

  6. This is Hellwood. Its unlikely the portions are that big ( I guess the chefs don't want to waste food on people paying for a visual)
There you are with the money to have anything you want and food is off the list. No wonder they be crazy.

  7. ... Then why order? I'm more stunned than concerned. 5 dishes??!?

  8. What a waste. In other news most people could care less about, I ate at Michael Symon's restaurant in Cleveland the other day and it was too good to NOT eat with passion. Licking plates in public are discouraged apparently. I feel for girls who can't find the balance though between good food, nutrition and positive body image.

    3. Kels, I love Ming Tsai as well. He is so cute! Aaron.Sanchez is a fine chef but I don't care for him as a judge for some reason. Seems like he's not so nice.

  13. Sue's Recipes, heroin addicts tend to be exceptionally thin, very pale, to be light sensitive (hence her and her now-husband constantly wearing sunglasses even at night), not overly clean, as heroin addiction makes your skin very sensitive, to the point where it actually hurts when warm water strikes you in the shower (in most pictures he looks like he hasn't bathed very regularly). Heroin addicts, depending on their level of addiction, can be quite functional, making a passable effort that hides the fact that they only have several hours before they need the next fix. After which they collapse into the 'nodding stage' then they are out light a light for hours. It's all supposition on my part, but they have the 'look', which as a former drug addict myself (cocaine) I tend to recognize in others. I hope I'm incorrect, because heroin addiction is like a long, drawn out death sentence.

  14. She is an old-fashioned anorexic, which is a shame. She looked FABULOUS in Blue Crush. So much better than the cranky, emaciated person she has become.

  15. Thanks, Ramone Love. You're right--all of the clues fit although I too hope we're wrong. Be well.

He does seem like a sweetheart. I love guys who are cuddly sweet. And especially if they love love they mama. That's a man who knows how to treat a girl. Throw some chef skills in and you have a happy dame here.

I would disagree that heroin addiction is a death sentence. I think that it's up to the individual if they are going to quit, seek help, move on, whatever. Many folks have struggled with opiate dependency from prescription drugs, (vicodin/Norco/oxycontin)which is by the way at epidemic proportions and on the rise, especially with women in America. It's up to the person, imho.

  21. If you've ever been hopped up on amphetamines and coke, and you have to pretend to be hungry, it's a miserable chore. Picking at the food is about the best you can do. It's hard to reconcile food with a drug habit, if you're spooning uppers into your body 24/7.

I said heroin addiction is LIKE a slow death sentence. I did not say it IS death sentence. Perhaps, for clarity, I should say an active heroin addiction is LIKE a slow death sentence. Heroin addiction (and opiates in general) are one of the most difficult of addictions to break, as they become a PHYSICAL addiction which actually re-wires your brain. And yes, it is ultimately up to the individual as to whether they want to live a life unchained from their drug of choice. But breaking a heroin addiction is no easy matter. It usually takes a few go-rounds through detox. It's painful, messy and about as unpleasant as it gets. Even addicts who really want to quit often fail because of the difficulty. However, Suboxone is helping many, many addicts, but with the price sometimes being a lifetime treatment.
