Blind Item #4
I think everyone expected this former B list tweener/celebrity/singer with A list name recognition to have matured, but the casual waving of a meth pipe in her hand and the breast constantly falling out of her dress was a bit of a jaw dropper.
JoJo
ReplyDeleteFor once you are completely wrong.
DeleteLindsay
ReplyDeleteDemi?
ReplyDeleteWhoa JoJo butter face but who cares?
ReplyDeleteThe growths on her chin and cheek look horrid. I could barely notice the sagging because of the face.
ReplyDeleteNice titty hardons JoJo. Now please get all methed up and flash some beaver getting out of a limo so I can finish this off.
ReplyDeleteJojo, you should check out Paula's Choice products, especially the 2% BHA liquid. Should clear up those skin bumps within 30 days. Cheers.
ReplyDeletePaula's Choice is great. I'm thinking she needs to go for the blemish control system. Far superior to proactiv
DeleteYikes! JoJo looks rough. It's really kind of sad.
ReplyDeleteDamn you VIP. You're so good! JoJo's face is only going to get bumpier and older looking if she's smoking meth.
ReplyDeleteI love when VIP is here!!!
ReplyDeleteI (as usual) concur with VIP, however JoJo has A list recognition?? Not with this Old. I have no idea who she is.
ReplyDeleteTopper, I agree with you. I barely heard of JoJo back when she was at her peak of 15 mins of fame. Nobody I know or associate with would recognize her if she burned them with her meth pipe.
ReplyDeleteJoJO A list name recognition?
ReplyDeleteShe has a great voice, I don't know she hasn't done better career-wise. I mean, Miley's a bit fug and she's done well.
Paula's Choice IS the best stuff! That is all.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone have any links to Jojo pics (particularly her looking methed out)?
ReplyDeleteI don't think this is JoJo; how does she have A list name recognition? I think it may be Demi L.
ReplyDeleteFun fact: while JoJo was recording her first CD, she lived in a town near me and went to my towns middle school. Her locker was next to my sisters.
Jaw dropper / Jawbreaker the Musical ... Subtle.
ReplyDeleteDaaammnnnn JoJo, what happened?
ReplyDeleteThese are some of the meanest comments I have ever read on this site. Not only does she look absolutely healthy and fine, she looks GORGEOUS. I cant believe you guys are comparing her to Lindsay fuckin Lohan. This girl has an amazing voice, always been sweet, and hasnt lost her cool even tho she hasnt been able to release music for years because of her record company.
ReplyDeleteAnd god forbid she has *gasp* acne. Must be the meth, right?
Don't forget her boobies made of actual fatty tissue and not bags of goo. I mean, how dare she! 😉
Delete@Kels, I totally agree that other than the bumps, she looks completely healthy to me. I don't believe this is her.
ReplyDeleteIncidentally, it looks to me like she has psoriasis (or some other skin condition) rather than acne.
Never heard of her and that picture VIP shared looks good.
ReplyDeleteHaving now spent far too much time looking at Jojo pictures, you can see that she's had this skin issue to varying degrees since about 4 or 5 years ago (coincidentally or not, right around when she would have been hitting puberty (15ish). That would lend further credence to it not having anything to do with me the.
ReplyDelete*meth
Deleteas always VIP is correct. JOJO for the win. Too bad, she was talented.
ReplyDeleteWho's JoJo?
ReplyDeleteA-list recognition? Even after looking at VIP's pictures, I have no idea who this person is. I don't have rugrats, so I guess that's why.
ReplyDeleteWho's JoJo?
ReplyDeleteJojo has a decent voice, but shitty music. I don't think she was ever A list. She had that one song out that was popular when she was 13 or 14, and somehow still manages to get photographed.
ReplyDeletewhats a Jojo? saying her name is kinda making me giggle though
ReplyDeleteI remember when JoJo was the next big thing. I wonder why she never got any bigger, she had a good voice. Anyway, it could be she tried to put too much makeup on to cover up a breakout and she has bad skin or she's into some bad stuff. I hope it is bad skin, and since she doesn't look emaciated I think that's it.
ReplyDeleteI'll join in on the "who's Jojo?" bandwagon. Never heard of her!
ReplyDelete32 comments, and all I heard was Paula's Choice.
ReplyDeleteThanks, V!!!
Paul's choice spam?? Wtf?
ReplyDeleteI think this is a PR funded blind so we all google JoJO. Any publicity is good publicity...
ReplyDelete@Roseblue
ReplyDeleteNot spam! I used to post a lot about a year ago, and most of the people that read around that time know I have an unhealthy obsession with skincare. I was just happy to have a new recommendation! :)
P.S. @V I think you're awesome. I remember when you first came over. Enty (or someone in the comments) linked to your blog talking about the casting for Nina Simone and shadeism. You're lovely :)
@Sunny- glad to see you back around CDaN!
ReplyDeleteAww, thanks Sunny, and glad to see you back! Like you, I am also obsessed with skin care. People always note how beautiful my skin is, and when accepting the compliment, I always note how hard I have to work to keep it that way.
ReplyDeleteJo Jo always really was a sweet girl, but I was out there around her heydey, and they had to "manage" her quite a bit. I had hoped she'd get another chance at it. Poop.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Jo Jo, if you're reading this, I'm rooting for ya.
ReplyDeleteJoJo isn't a meth head. I am from Boston and know a few people in touch with her. She is extremely hard working and talented. Lol. Forgive her adult acne but that's not a meth face. She's also based out North. Meth isn't exactly our cup of tea. Check the valley for that shit. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI'm shocked that a 22-year-old has such saggy boobs. That's the saggage of a much older woman, not someone that young.
ReplyDeleteGlad mine weren't like hers when I was 22!
@Sunny -- Wonderful to read your comment[s] and to have you [at least] briefly back!
ReplyDelete@V -- Hope you keep coming back, too!
I'm not very 'computer savvy' to use an old term, but I come here for the comments. Never mind where 'Enty' has gone -- And, YES, that's a lie on my part -- The current blogger isn't the original blogger, and I miss him. BUT this has become some sort of virtual community where we 'know' each other and pass feelings and thoughts back and forth.
There's some tension between current posters [and don't even talk about brouhahas between early posters, anybody remember Sue Ellen and Mooshki?], but y'all are addressing each other in a civil manner.
F'me, but i LIKE reading JAS's AND CJ's viewpoints.
Not spam, just a sincere recommendation based on my own skin issues that were helped immensely by Paula's Choice products. If I was a spammer, I would have done a better job of linking directly to the website. Anyone who is motivated will look for her stuff, well worth it. That is all.
ReplyDeleteSurely Jojo can afford Roaccutane and clear up acne forever? Or is that meth face covered with make up?
ReplyDeletethere is no A list name recognition for JoJo????
ReplyDeleteI'll go with Demi L.
Tell me more about Paula's Choice. Is it safe for teens? My preteen daughter has a broken arm at the moment & it's been very difficult to keep a hold on the acne around her hairline & forehead since she can't properly shower. Oxy just ain't cuttin' it anymore. :-(
ReplyDeleteChop chop, yes, it is safe for teens. the website is paulaschoice.com or cosmeticscop.com. All of their products have a money back guarantee and you can talk to a rep either on the phone or online for recommendations or samples. I would say save your money and get a good cleanser at Target, then get a toner and one or two treatments from PC. Her affiliated site is called beautypedia.com and that reviews all the drugstore lines and such. Paula Begoun is the only person I know of that sells her stuff, but heartily recommends other people's stuff too. For your daughter, ask at the nearest Supercuts or other budget salon (beauty school?) how much they would charge to wash her hair and scalp once a week. :)
ReplyDelete@chopchop....I heartily second @FS's comment! Also, if you're on Facebook, Paula has a page and you can ask questions on there and people are super helpful. I don't have oily skin so don't feel I can answer your questions. However, my bestie (who put me onto PC's stuff) has had fabulous results with Paula's Choice, and honestly, in almost 40 years, I've never seen her skin look better. Good luck, chopchop!
