Willie Robertson In Talks To Run For Congress

In the Congressional district where Duck Dynasty's Willie Robertson lives, his Congressman is stepping down in September. Willie is in talks to run for that vacant seat. Willie is a Republican and leaders in West Monroe have been urging him to run for the seat and think he will do a great job representing his community. The problem is that Willie is enjoying the show so much and all the attention he gets from the show that he is reluctant to give that all up to go to Congress. Plus he would probably be guilted into getting a haircut and trimming his beard and would not get a chance to hunt as much. You get the feeling though that he does not hunt as much as the rest of the family and enjoys staying in that big house of his as much as possible.

  3. Run out of stories on the DM? This ran on Drudge yesterday. Willie has not expressed interest, it's the local party leaders. They don't think he'll do it because of the company and TV show. Yeah, I wouldn't either.

  4. I don't think he wants to run, but he wouldn't be worse than charlie "fuck those crackers" rangel, crazy Ashley Judd (whose career was kermitgosnelled before starting thanks to SOME media) or alec "i love to beat the crap of everybody up" baldwin, who has repeatedly said that he wants to run for congress (and probably would win).

  8. They're good people, but, sadly, I think the message they send about family and values would reach more people if they were on TV.

  10. I don't think I need these people espousing their idea of family and values to me. I have no idea who they are or what they stand for, but I still don't need them to be my moral compass.

  11. His house is not that big. Clearly you don't know what your talking about just copying information from what you've read on the Internet. Go back to focusing on the hollyweirdos please.

  12. It's actually the other, older brother, (Eric?)not Willie that's thinking of running. And, Jane, you're right, their house isn't huge. Just medium large.

  14. Everyone who gets enough signatures to run, can. Have no clue who he is but he can't be any worse than most of the dickheads up on the Hill. Plus we always need new blood to feed the Republic and shake things up. If he has any common sense then he's waaaaaaay ahead of most of them.

  15. @Kenba Loving the Bryatt Family so far. The only entrance theme I've bought since the Attitude Era. "We're here"...

As for Duck Dynasty, I am so tired of seeing their stuff everywhere. There is a special place in hell for people that buy that stuff.
