Vicki Gunvalson In Murder For Hire Plot

Vicki Gunvalson has been in the news a bunch and almost none of it has to do with her gig on Real Housewives-OC. She has been sued by her former  business partner because of some shady dealings, and right in the middle of it is her now ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers. In some of the court papers filed in the lawsuit and in a defamation suit, filed by Brooks Ayers, in which he will not be successful, it is claimed that Brooks attempted to hire a hitman to kill Vicki's business partner. The papers filed by Vicki's former partner say that he had uncovered evidence that Brooks was actively trying to find someone to kill him.

Have you ever heard of someone who is just a regular person ever hiring a hitman and getting away with using them? It never works. Invariably the person hired goes to the cops or the cops are the ones the person doing the hiring calls and gets involved in a police sting. It never works out. Ever. Brooks is suing the guy for defamation saying it never happened and that he would never hire anyone to kill someone. I tend to believe the business partner. I also wonder if Brooks was doing this, if Vicki knew. I know she didn't know about the cheating and that Brooks kept things from her to some extent, but I don;'t see how she could not have known what was going on. Was the guy going to turn up dead one day and Brooks was not going to tell her his involvement? Was he keeping her informed every step of the way? Where is the criminal investigation?

  2. Where's the criminal investigation? Is what I'm wondering as well...If the guy took it to the cops (which he should've done) and they did nothing, then there's probably not enough for a civil suit.

  4. pig face will stop at nothing to sell her precious insurance policies. She was probably 100% aware and involved with the situation.

Well to be fair, if the person hires someone and they don't get caught, then you wouldn't be hearing about the murder-for-hire plot, just that some random was murdered (or died, if they do it well. In which case there's no reason for it to make the news).

Brooks would be in jail or out on bond if there were any truth to the allegations. I'm certain the ex biz associate went to the cops with the claims. Ya never know though

  9. If someone hired a hitman and got away with it, how would you hear about it? If you did, that means they didn't get away with it.

Kind of a tree falling in the forest and no one around to hear it kind of thing.

  10. This Brooks guy is very shady and Vicki is just blind to things about him but I am kind of surprised at HOW shady this sounds.

That whole business was supposedly set up by Brooks on behalf of Vicki.

She needs to listen to her kids and all her friends who think he is creepy.

  11. Tell the network I'm copyrighting the name "Real Hitmen of Orange County". They should talk to me before trying to make a series!

  12. I'm curious to see how this goes. Brooks is weird and awkward and slimy but "hire a hitman" kind of sociopath? That seems far-fetched, even for him. Also, why would he bother doing that for an ex? And no way Vicki would get in on that. She's delusional but she's no "I'll just kill the guy to solve my problems" kind of crazy. Besides, if she was going to kill anyone, I think we can all agree it would be Tamra. And then she would feel reeeeeeeally bad about it afterwards.

  13. Who is still buying insurance from freakshow Vicki? I believe the leech b/f would do something like this if he thought his gravy train was threatened. Now she knows what's instore when she tries to dump the loser.

  16. I detest Vicki, and it brings shame to me that she is Scandinavian (I keep hoping she's a Swede, and not from one of the "good" Northern countries) -- but I gotta admit that she brings the drama. Her insane, hysterical, malignantly narcissistic, duplicitous, now homicidal personality is like seasoning to the entree that is the Housewives of Orange.

  17. And on behalf of Joe Giudice, who's looking at 50 years behind bars for taking out a few liars loans, I'd like to say - AT LEAST HE DIDN'T TRY TO MURDER SOMEBODY!

You may now return to your regular programming.

  18. Who is the former business partner? If it's Tamara's husband, that guy is about as truthful as Kris Jenner. But I think that guy just worked for Vicki. Simon? Was that Tamara's ex's name?
