My all time favorite comes from the $10000 Pyramid in the mid 70's. The late Bill Cullen was one of the celebrity guests and he was receiving the clues from the contestant. The word was "mononucleosis", and the contestant said "the kissing disease". Bill Cullen - "syphillis". Cut to a shot of the podium, where Dick Clark is literally prone on the floor laughing.
