Farrah Abraham Talks About Escorting
Farrah Abraham has been getting lot of attention lately because she has been accused of escorting. Of course she was accused of escorting by Myla Sinanaj, who probably would not be above escorting to make a buck too. Farrah told OK! that she has no problem with escorting and that lots of her friends are escorts and that yes, she does go on dates with men who pay for her time, but that she does not have sex for money. Yes, she says lots of escort companies want her to be their spokesperson, but only because she is their type and that if they pay her enough she would love to do that. This interview she gave, does nothing, and to me, shows that she has probably had sex for money in the past and is open to it in the future, even if she didn't do it the night before the interview.
Supposedly Farrah made a great deal of money from her various projects, but her expenses have really increased too. Now you can see how easy it is for someone who was an actress, even on a popular show or in a movie be forced to turn to escorting to pay bills. They try and charge a lot of money to keep it discreet, but, it is all about location, location, location. If you see them somewhere where they look out pf place, that is probably your first clue.
seriously, why does anyone care what this woman does or doesn't do. I realize this is a gossip site, but she's of zero importance in the popular culture.
ReplyDeleteGood Lord that picture. Ugh.
ReplyDeleteWell, gotta give her credit for being somewhat honest! LOL
ReplyDeleteNo. One. Cares.
ReplyDeleteHer 15 minutes is up Enty stop trying to extend it and allow her to GO AWAY!
ReplyDeleteShe ain't a teen anymore huh? There is a premium to be had being a teen anal whore, but the marketing window is only 2 years.
ReplyDeleteAnd no it ain't surprising that a moron whore like her needs to whore to cover expenses. She's stupid. She probably couldn't handle a warm fart, much less bookings and what not. She prolly has a gaggle of unnecessary leeches sucking dollars off her. Whore with a brain in her head coukd probably live a licetime off the money this skank has made since her MTV run. Prada addiction is worse for whores than meth
Count somewhere in your "licetime" typo there's a joke. It's too early for me to come up with one right now.
DeleteShe already had sex for money, hello backdoor teen mom. I'm over all the teen mom gossip
ReplyDeleteQuit giving this hooker publicity.
ReplyDeleteI have sooooo much more respect for the regular porn stars who accept and embrace what they are. They don't try to hide their job. They are out there promoting themselves and making an honest living.
ReplyDeleteAbraham is under the mistaken belief that there still are people who respect her, hence the ridiculous lies.
Maybe it's the Vicodin I'm on today, but I just can't with this famewhore (in every sense of the word).
ReplyDeleteI just don't know why she pretends she isn't a whore when she is clearly a whore. She was even a whore on camera in a movie she made for the explicit purpose of being paid to have sex with a person, which makes her a whore already. No one is paying her for her company, they are paying her because they have video proof that she does anal.
ReplyDelete"Escorting" indeed. The word you're looking for is "prostitution."
ReplyDeleteWhy is having sex for money on camera legal, but if you take the camera away and don't let anyone else see the sex, it is illegal.
ReplyDeleteThat never made any sense to me.
Who gives a fuck.
ReplyDelete@hag the difference is the govt gets their cut via taxes from the porn companies and the sales tax from the tapes. Whereas in escorting, the govt does not get a cut.
ReplyDeleteBut if it were legalized they could get a cut if that's what it's really about?
ReplyDeletewhat an ugly cry face.
ReplyDeleteI find it hilarious getting paid for sex on camera is not prostitution, but sex without a camera is..
ReplyDeleteSeriously?
Regarding prostitution. Even as a child I wondered why it was legal to give it away for free as much as you want, but the minute a woman starts to charge for it... slammer time. Now that I'm much older, it makes even less sense. Oddly, most feminists are strikingly mute on the subject. I guess it doesn't fit their parameters of what an empowered woman should look/act like??
ReplyDeleteThey're mute bc it's a complicated situation. On the one hand, it should be legal and criminalizing it makes an otherwise legit business model illegal. But on the other hand, the very heart of prostitution is the exploitation of the cultural disparity between genders, so that's no good either. I lean toward legalizing it, even though I don't like reinforcing patriarchal cultural norms. Meh
ReplyDeleteWomen in the sex industry uniformly experience a debasing and destabilizing career environment in which their only worth is their sexual organs and things they can do with their sex organs for cash. That's one reason I thought that some feminists look askance at porn and hooking, namely, the hideous lifestyle it traps women in.
ReplyDeleteThank you for not verbally eviscerating me. I realize that it's far from being an ideal "career";however, it's not called the world's oldest profession for nothing. Keeping it illegal and bemoaning the physical and emotional harm done to women does nothing to negate the continuing problems. It seems that legalizing it would provide protections and legal recourse for the sex worker. A regulated brothel, no matter how depressing, has to be safer than walking the streets and dealing with a pimp. Just a thought.
ReplyDeleteShe just needs to disappear and not be heard from again.
ReplyDeleteIf you see them somewhere where they look out pf place, that is probably your first clue.
ReplyDeleteYou mean like on TV?
I have been an escort. It was my choice. I did it for a multitude of reasons. I did not have PIV sex for a number of reasons. I liked it a lot. It was incredibly empowering, and for some of my guests it was an extraordinary gift.
ReplyDeleteMaking blanket statements about an activity and a money making opportunity that you have never done is, frankly, ignorant. I met quite a few escorts. They are typically intelligent conscious educated women. Some of them are freaks and some of them are soft, gentle, nurturing caregivers.
It takes all kinds in any field of endeavor. I would have continued if my life circumstances had not drastically changed and if the average guy who contacted me was not so rageful and nasty. I specifically stated in my postings that I was doing full body massage and not sex. Some of the guys got a happy ending. Some didn't.
The range of personality, socioeconomic background, race, culture and personal style was astounding. I found my work to be fun and satisfying. I liked it. If there wasn't so much ignorance about it I would do it again. But I have certain things at stake now that make it impossible to pursue.
I am married. My husband fully supported me doing this. I am college educated, a political activist, even something of a radical. If you saw me on the street you would walk right by me. You would never consider that men would be happy to pay me $200 per hour for my company. They were delighted with me, adored me, and thanked me profusely as they walked happily out my door.
I never once let an asshole get anywhere near me. I did fear the psychopaths because the one thing they are good at is fooling people. And I have been fooled before.
I worry for the millions of women who do this work. The stigma, the way they are treated as throw-away, the way they are exploited by the paramilitary force that is our so-called protection-the police.
Sex is a human need and in my opinion a human right. Making it shameful and hidden just screws everyone up. I am 56 years old, fat, disabled for decades, and in love with three wonderful men. My lovers are gorgeous. They see who I really am. Looks don't even come into it, though I was very pretty as a young woman.
Please consider that, like me before I did this, you have a very dark idea of what this work is, underlined and hyperemphasized by a media that distorts so much that it should be informing you on.
Trust me when I tell you. Prostitutes and Escorts may be different and may not be. But it is not dirty work for many. It is sacred and empowering and blissful. It is a gift.
My work brings me into contact with teens who prostitute to get twenty bucks for meth. Unprotected sex, mostly. Lots of beatings and being thrown out of cars without being paid. Not a fan!
