Apparently there is going to be a paternity test. Provided the paternity test shows he is the father, which he is not convinced of yet because of some information a private detective discovered, this A+ list celebrity will execute an agreement to provide for the child, when he can see the child, and under what conditions, the child may be shown in public.
Simon Cowell/Laura Silverman (she is about 3 or 4 weeks further along than reports have indicated. Apparently it has to do with her getting her $4M in the pre-nup.)
