Blind Item #5
This forever always A+ list singer/celebrity has been undergoing tests because those close to him fear he has the beginning stages of Alzheimers. Our singer/celebrity is not that old, but has been forgetting lyrics and repeats himself constantly and has been snapping at his kids and partner almost non-stop.
Elton ...
ReplyDeleteElton John
ReplyDeleteSir Elton
ReplyDeleteWell. This blind sucks.
ReplyDeleteTotally
DeleteDoes suck, you're right.
DeleteOh man, I really hope not Elton. This blind does suck @dee
ReplyDeleteYeah, truly. Hope it's not anyone ever in the history of the world though too. Which is sadly not the case. Horrible end to a life.
DeleteHe's been snapping at people for decades so I hope it's a sign of his his personality and not a symptom.
ReplyDeleteOh, Elton, no . . . :(
ReplyDeletePoor guy. With a little kid, too.
ReplyDeleteWould the blind have mentioned 'foreign'? Wondering if Elton is in fact just a bitch with no medical condition (that we know of)?
ReplyDeleteNo Elton no!! (Barry Manilow would be a completely different reaction)
ReplyDeleteYes, having kids for the first time at retirement age is brilliant. This wil be sad for the children, what a self centered choice. Could of been a foster-grandparent instead. Ass.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree. Its all about what adults want, not what children need.
Delete@Rosie Riveter....
ReplyDeleteExactly. Selfish, selfish.
Elton John and David Furnish are married, though. Perhaps "partner" was simply to tip us off that the person in question is gay? FTR, Elton has always had a temper, I don't know that snapping at his kids is indicative of anything other than him within the context of parenthood.
ReplyDeleteSad, whoever it is, and hope it's something else, something far less destructive.
Elton would be a good guess. Very sad for whoever; that is terrible.
ReplyDeleteElton John
ReplyDeleteElton John is in his mid-60's. No offense to anyone else who may be approaching their 60's, but "not that old" doesn't exactly describe mid-60's to me.
ReplyDeleteI'm going Ricky Martinon this one. The "partner" reference makes me think gay too, he is forever A-list (especially in the Latin-speaking world), and as far as I know he still has a current partner and kids. Plus, he's 41 - fairly young to get Altzheimers but old enough to worry about early-onset.
If Elton, couldn't it be a side effect from 40 years of cocaine? Seems like that has to do a little brain damage.
ReplyDeleteOf course, my 65 yr old mother is starting to show signs of serious memory loss. She has never did a drug harder than half a glass of red wine.
Sean, he did cocaine for 40 years??!! Holy shite!!
ReplyDeleteI hope this is not Elton John. If he dies, I would be without gay liberal people whom I like in the world.
ReplyDeleteBut barry manilow or ricky martin would be OK though.
Ricky martin
ReplyDeleteI read this as Stephen Tyler. This is the typical onset age for Alzheimers. The very elderly with dementia usually have a different diagnosis.
ReplyDeletebilly joel
ReplyDeleteI hate it for anyone.
ReplyDeleteI agree with auntliddy but I'm seeing billy Joel here. Sad.
ReplyDeleteI read this as Barry Manilow
ReplyDeleteA duo? Is that where partner comes from?
ReplyDeleteWell early onset alzheimers does exist.
ReplyDeleteEnty misheard the news while in the drive-thru at Bacon King.
ReplyDeleteElton John has appendicitis, not Alzheimer's.
Elton has severe bipolar -could be a symptom of a relapse of that.
ReplyDeleteThink it may be Tom Jones.
Billy Joel has one daughter in her late 20'e. Alexa Ray hardly falls into the "kid" category.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I would think this would be someone under 50 based on not being that old.
