Blind Item #3

"They just don't understand their place sometimes and you have to give them a tap. Sometimes more than a tap. I try not to leave any marks but if she asks about what I did the night before or who I was with, then it can get rough. If she does not like it, she can leave. There is the door and she can kiss the good life goodbye." Former almost A list mostly movie actor who has A list name recognition, but has dropped to a permanent B talking to one of his B list actor friends.

    That certainly narrows it down.

  3. There are basically no clues here!!
    Nic Cage?

  4. I think it is very nice of him to consider her pride and to try not to leave a mark. Some gentleman aren't as thoughtful and want their woman to walk around with a shiner or finger bruises on her neck, for the purpose of public shaming.

  5. I have no guess, but this needs a reveal.

  6. I like the Terrence Howard guess. B lister someone from The Butler? Cuba Gooding? James Marsden?

  8. If she doesn't like being hit, she can leave and kiss the good life goodbye? Now that's an interesting and twisted perspective.

  10. I didn't know Count was an actor.

  11. @MsCool: Nah, I'm not the reveal for this blind. I've never trusted a woman enough to hit one.

  12. Ah, Count, forgive me. I thought it was about rough sex. I can't explain why I jumped to that conclusion.

  13. I'm sure not leaving a mark is more for his benefit than hers. I think it's Howard, he seems to think he is superior to most everyone.

  14. The first time he's an asshole who deserves to get the everliving shit beaten out of him. The second time it's not his fault, he's just going by the ground rules the other person has consented to.

    1. Life is that simple huh? Your ignorance is astounding. Stfu.

    2. Yup life is that simple. If someone beats you, press charges (or don't) and leave. Why must things be made complicated. Please in your unending wisdom free me from my ignorance.

    4. Someone who chooses to be a victim by staying makes it very simple to me

  15. I hate this man whoever it is. I hope it's revealed so I can know never to watch one of his movies ever again.

  16. This is almost verbatim what Sean Connery said in an interview years ago. He continued with a discussion of open hand versus closed fist.

  17. He may be an asshole but he has a certain logic. It doesn't sound like he is holding her prisoner. Also doesn't sound like someone with children that may be trapped in the situation. If she stays it is only because she like and wants the perks of being with him- clearly no other reason given his abuse and assholishness.

  18. Former *ALMOST* A list rules out Sean Connery, Sean Penn & Mel Gibson, although I had thought of them too. Terrence Howard sounds good.

  19. Wait...hasn't Enty exposed John Cusack and Ethan Hawke as woman-beaters before? Or were they just popular guesses to BI's? Both would fit this description.

  20. I'm with texas rose. You may not choose to become a victim, but you do choose to remain one.

  21. I don't think it's Diane Lane/Josh Brolin because she is famous in her own right and the good life would not end for her if she left him. Terrance Howard and/or Adrian Brody fit.

  22. Sounds reasonable, lol. What, Enty, was this not a candidate for "this will be revealed" to show us your disgust for this individual. He's a bacon lover isn't he?

  23. I think it's Terrence Howard. He's really the guy from "Hustle & Flow". That was no friggin' act. I hope that we will be seeing less and less of him. He is a worthless human being.

  24. So easy for you to preach, Sven -- has it never occurred to you that some women don't have the financial resources or support system to get out? Or that they have kids or pets? Or that THEY'RE JUST THAT AFRAID OF THEIR ABUSERs? You and your armchair-quarterback pronouncements make me sick.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Sven, being abused by a partner is a head fuck-and by the time they actually hit you-they have worn down your self esteem and instilled a psychological mind fuck of fear in you and probably have threatened your life or the life of someone you love.
SO before you spew any more ignorant, victim-blaming stupidity-try READING a fucking book an educate yourself you uninformed, misogynist, asshat!!
