Kris Kross rapper Chris Kelly did die of a drug overdose. A toxicology report released by the coroner in Atlanta says that a drug screening found a fatal mixture of drugs in his system. The drugs are believed to have been heroin and coke which were his drugs of choice. Kelly was just 34 years old when he was found dead inside his Atlanta home on May 1st. Chris had been sober and then got famous again which brought him back to the parties and money and drugs he had finally overcome. His mom said that she feared he would die because he was doing so many drugs in the weeks leading up to his death.

ReplyDeleteThe sad part is when you know they're going to die and there's nothing you can do to stop them. This is why I believe in the Johnny Cash Rehab way.

ReplyDeleteAnd what exactly is the Johnny Cash Way? I watch Intervention and it saddens me how frequently people relapse. Had a brother-in-law die of addiction. Terrible beast to try to tame.
