The Malins of the world bore me sick to the point where I would rather die than go see a movie.
I have my degree in radio/tv, am a silent film & 20s/30s/40s freak, and used to see two movies a day every day in college. Movies these days just SUCK. Go away Malin. Take an acting class. Watch Michelle Pfeiffer in ANY of her movies and QUIT THE BUSINESS. You do not belong on the screen.

ReplyDeleteTo me, Emmy Rossum always looks like a little girl in her mother's coture, trying to look elegant old Hollywood, like Diane Kruger is looking (seemingly effortlessly) above her. I don't mean that as a slam, it's just always the feeling I get, seeing her dressed up.

ReplyDeleteI FINALLY figured out why Emmy looks so weird to me. She has a delicate, even pretty face, but her HEAD! The forehead and crown of her head are literally 50% of her entire top bobble. And it JUST LOOKS STRANGE. Unless she piles her hair up, she looks like a Silly Putty doll or Gumby's girlfriend. That, plus her body is proportioned wrong somehow. Whether she is tall or short, her body is wacky.
ReplyDeleteI think most people know she is very very talented, but her looks do interfere. They WANT to like her but it's like she is always putting on a facade and no one can grab a hold of who she is. Theatre nerd gone wild.
Glad she found a show that gives her enough to do that people will give her a chance.
Yes Jim Parsons has won several Emmys and BTW when were they on? Love Kaley but have seen her look more lovely than here.
