      My trainer changes things up on me all the time, but the one thing I can be sure of - lunges with weights. I don't think I will ever not hate them:/

    @Zee - Yep, I've been doing boot camp workouts for 6 months now. The butt is a little higher but still flat.

      Don't feel bad gossip. My 20-40 yr old tooshy was (almost) like Emily's but the butt fairy stole it as I got older. Sigh...(bad knees and reverse lunges still no help)
