Nick Stahl Arrested For Meth

Just a few days after being released from his 5150 hold, Terminator actor Nick Stahl was arrested early this morning and charged with possession of meth. According to TMZ, Nick and three "friends" were doing meth at a Hollywood hotel when police conducted a parole check on one of the "friends." They saw them with the meth and that was it. All four went to jail. I really wish Nick could get sober. he has so many people who care about him and he seems like a great guy. He needs to go to rehab for six months and really try and work at it to get sober.

  1. He's a great actor, but he made the choice to start using drugs in the first place. What sucks is what he's putting the people who love him through, like his wife and daughter.

    2. It just sad. I loved him in Carnival, but it's not like it's a big surprise that drugs will screw you up.

  5. Lol warecat. Sad thing is it's true. Meth is a hell of a drug. I'd guess six months in rehab is accurate.

  8. So when Tom Cruise was married to Katie Homes, they used to razz him down at the indoctrination camps that he never had sex with his lovely wife. Wanting to keep the lie alive one night he sat down with Katie and asked her to tell him what her PUSSY looked like so he could tell the guys at the indoctrination camp and get them off his back. Hey couldn’t ask her to show him because he has a FEAR of vaginas that could only be explained in a few ways, which I won’t get into now because I have a joke to tell and some of the people in the second row look like they are getting restless. So Katie asks him if he wants to know how it looks before or after sex. He thinks for a moment, and decides he would like to know what it’s like before it gets pounded into oblivion. “It looks like a pink flower,” she tells him and he goes off to Google Pink Flowers. Why he couldn’t just sit there and use his iPad or iPhone I don’t know but having him leave and come back helps my joke. So when he gets back in the room, Tom tells Katie how beautiful her PUSSY must be and asks that she tell him what it looks like after it has been pounded into oblivion. She thinks for a moment, because a moment is all she can probably hold a thought, and she asks him, “Have you ever seen a bulldog try to eat a bowl full of mayonnaise?”

I’d like to apologize for possibly offending any bulldogs in the audience with the previous joke. You are all wonderful creatures, except for the one that shits on my SIDE WALK every morning when I go to get my bagels and lox.

  10. Sad. I just read on TMZ this morning he was saying he was thankful for the 5150 because he needed it.

  15. You choose to use illicit drugs, they don't just jump into your nose or vein while walking down the street.

You can't catch an addiction like a col.

  18. Truth, Count. Not every addict is an addict because of demons that they're trying to escape. Sometimes an addict is just someone who choose to start smoking meth, got physically addicted, and then continues to choose to smoke meth even though they can afford therapy and rehab because they're a selfish dickhole.

  20. addicts are born addicts, their life circumstances and environment determine whether they pick up and what they pick up.
And despite what most people think, rehab - 6 months, a year, whatever - isn't the answer. It's a great start, but recovery is one day at a time. meetings, sponsor, steps, humility. You have to change your whole life to live clean-rehab is temporary.

Not everyone needs meetings, steps and sponsors ..
I'm all for what works for each individual but there is no
" way " and the worst part ( for me ) about getting clean was those who tried to tell me I'd fail if I didn't do their program .. Two years clean off junk after a ten year habit and my family, friends and the actual desire to quit was the only step I needed.

    1. Right ON Alicia. I have nothing against the 12 step program but if it is turned into a religion the point is LOST. The choice is always yours. Congratulations on choosing your quality of life. Hugs!!

  22. congrats Alicia! 12 step programs don't work for everyone, but they do work. I just get tired of hearing opinions on addiction from people who have no personal experience with them.
Sophia - I wholeheartedly disagree, but that is just my own personal experience.

  27. I've heard before that you have like a 30 percent chance of kicking a meth habit.

  28. @Brenda L: I think the consumption method is key. Snorting is easier to come off than Smoking.

  29. Stahl is a lifer. Nuff said. If you have fond feelings for him, deal with those feelings by anticipating more and more of this.

The "choice" involved here is the choice between the total joy of being wasted on meth and the boring horror of facing life as a fourth-rate actor that failed to hit it big. He probably can't handle his life sober, and I doubt that at this advanced age he's gonna change.
