Last night, Miley Cyrus sent out a very interesting Tweet to the world. Well, she sent it to her dad, but since, it was via Twitter, the whole world saw it. The Tweet gave Billy Ray Cyrus one hour to tell the truth or Miley was going to release it. Three years ago, when Billy Ray was going to divorce his wife, I told you that Miley knew his secret. It was a blind item that I revealed back then. It looks like Miley is growing increasingly frustrated with the fact her dad won't talk to her, even though he is talking to her mom and sister as evidenced by their lunch together this weekend. Accompanying the tweet was a photo of a woman with Miley. Might that woman have something to do with the secret?
