Blind Items Revealed

December 20, 2012

Apparently this time when this A list national radio host cheated on his wife she finally decided to leave. What about all the other times?

  1. This blind is from December 2012 and according to wiki (which never lies), he and his wife divorced in may 2012. The blind made it sound like they were separated, but not divorced. Oh well.

  2. To the people who guessed Howard Stern in the original post. Shame on you.

  3. Why should Howard Stern, of all people, be sacred here, considering he became famous being an on-air taunter, and even of some who didn't seem to have the mental capacity to know they were being made fun of? Maybe he's turned into a saint since I last paid attention to his show, which was so long ago he was still in his first marriage.

    1. Cant stand howard stern. He is unfunny. I dont get the appeal he seems to have.

  4. Because Mayor timebob says so.

Who are you even talking about that he taunted?

  5. Wow, I had no idea they were divorced or that he was cheating. Always seemed like a mismatch. She was fitness oriented, he was not. She is religious, he is far from it. Too bad. I'm a regular listener but it won't be the same now.

  6. Howard is certainly a taunter but he's no cheater!

    eh.. who?

  8. How can somebody be A list when no one has ever heard of him?

  9. There is NO SUCH THING as a A list radio host.

    1. Same as there's no such thing as an A list stylist, re: those jewelmint commercials

  10. Howard Stern is A+++++ list it's fine if you are not a fan. But he makes about 80 million a year and only works 3 days a week. His fan base is like no other.

    1. @timebob - Are you the president of the Howard Stern fan club? Or perhaps Howard or Robin Quivers in disguise? If you appreciate his sophomoric humor, more power to you. But I stopped listening years ago.

  11. Probably only Hannity and Rush are A list. And Stern certainly has taunted people in his past especially this competitor in Philadelphia named John DiBella and then there were Opie and Anthony and Onus.

    ReplyDelete
  12. He didn't taunt them he destroyed them in ratings. The poster was saying he taunted mentally handicapped people and was talking out of their ass not knowing what they were talking about. Completely different.

  13. I guess Fred the Elephant Boy doesn't count either then. Or High Pitched Eric or the rest of that crew but he got them paid. To each their own and he did slaughter those guys mercilessly (the djs not the clown show) on air daily and in the ratings.

  14. timebob, based on your posts it's obvious you are a fan. Surely you listened when he had Hank the drunken angry dwarf on, Beetlejuice and a myriad of other characters that he exploited for those 'ratings'.

I listened to him as well but I wouldn't deify the guy.

    ReplyDelete
  15. No the whack pack doesn't count they love Howard he has them on the show they get paid for appearances at events and Howard has helped them win money. Not the same.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Exploited? laughable Howard doesn't need to exploit anyone for ratings.

    ReplyDelete
  17. 1/ who?
2/ he divorced in may 2012 and apparently they were separated since some months so who cares? and why does a blind item ?

    ReplyDelete
  18. The fact that you cannot even admit how he got his fame in the first place shows that this discussion is ridiculous.
Fans like you are why he is so popular and I'm sure he would be the first to say that.
He's intelligent and an amazing interviewer (I'm sure gossip hounds love him, as he can get most celebrities to confess things that make their publicists cry) but he is certainly not above exploiting people. Does Gary the Retard ring any bells? How about Elephant Boy?

He's excellent at what he does, in that he markets himself to the lowest common denominator.

    At least he's no Leykis.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Who? Next you'll do a blindgossip.com and tantalize us with which regional-based publicist is having an affair on their even less significant spouse. This is a big barrel of who gives a f#ck.

  20. Bacon Ranch if you knew what you were talking about I would happily debate you. But you don't and this is boring. I don't care if people are fans are not but at least have accurate facts.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I addressed the whack pack already. God this is ponderous.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Never heard of him and I could care less.

    ReplyDelete
  23. timebob you are laughable.
If I knew what I was talking about?
I listened to his show. I watched him when he was on E, I saw the people that he brought in.
I worked with not 1 but 2 people who worked with him. Not for him, with him.

I will leave you to your life sized Howard pillow and Baba Booey night light.

  24. Folks picked Stern because that was the most famous national radio host they knew. The Entity needs to stick with Black entertainers with mainstream appeal when it comes to blind items but it is hilarious when folks on this board don't recognize certain black celebs that have been around for years. The fact that the Entity is clueless about most athletes and continues to identify R n' B singers as rappers is ignorant as hell but funny.

  26. Stern is polarizing. Love him, hate him, don't care about him.

Oh yeah: NY Daily News, Dec. 19, 2012

    BREAK TIME FOR JOYNER, RICHARDSON

Tom Joyner, host of the nationally syndicated radio show “The Tom Joyner Morning Show,” and his wife, ESPN sports commentator Donna Richardson, are headed for divorce after 12 years. The duo split weeks ago in what was a “mutual but not exactly amicable” situation involving other parties, a source tells Confidenti@l’s Marianne Garvey. A rep for Joyner did not get back to us by deadline.

  27. Well jc, much like Howard the Entities pander to their core audience.

    1. I know which is why he should continue to stick with his audience: white female.
I know there were complaints about the lack of black celebs and bringing up the fact that Chris Brown is one of the few black celebs posted on the site but receives the most threads because of his flaws.
But hell, if you're posting about black celebs and majority if your whit audience doesn't know them offhand....you're just providing tokens of gestures.

  28. I think the Howard Stern show is entertaining. Gary the Retard, Hank the Angry Drunken Dwarf, Beetle juice, etc. never had the mental capacity to know whether they were being exploited or not. Stern never really taunted them for their disabilities, but there definitely was some exploitation happening. They weren't on the show for their witty banter and intelligent opinions.

  29. Yes he held a gun to their head to call in and ask to be on the show

  30. Timebob: I used to laugh when he would interview Beetlejuice. My BFF even bought a "Beetlepimp" tee-shirt!

  31. why do people want argue over being a fan or not if you are great if not that is fine too. It's a personal choice. Just know your facts before making general comments on things you might of heard or thought.

  32. Hard to believe anyone wants Tom, but then again, if he pays, maybe.

  33. Just because some of you may not know who Tom J. is doesn't mean others don't. If you don't know him them google him. I am black and I appricate Enty for this blind. That is exactly why I love CDAN. He mixes it up. As for Tom, people where suspecting that they had devoriced because he had stop talking about wife.

    ReplyDelete
  34. As a native Washingtonian, Howard lost me at the Air Florida phone call. No level too low for him. If you enjoy that, there you go.

Tom Joyner cheated with that briefcase-holding trollop Claudia Jordan? SMH Tom. SMH.

  35. Tom was one of the 1st to have a huge syndicated show. He is A list in urban markets. No one knew he had split from his wife when this was written, so Entry was cool with the timing. Doesn't matter if he is blue or green or whatever, he is a huge celebrity & this was good gossip. I would have never guessed him as a huge cheater, who knew?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Not true. Several of the "black" gossip sites announced The rumor of Joyner seperating/cheating rumors a couple of days prior to this site 's blind item.

  37. @timebob if you think it's rough being a Stern fan, try being a Limbaugh fan. People do the same thing and make up stuff about his show but at least with Stern they occasionally point out the good things he does- they never mention anything Rush does for people or organizations.

    ReplyDelete
  38. @timebob: His fan base USED to be like no other. Now the real fans have left him and the only people listening are the Blair Witch type fans. You know, the people that will say they love a lump of dog shit, because they heard it is cool to love a lump of dog shit. It aint cool, it is shit.

If you want to hear the REAL story of Howard Stern, make sure you listen to Opie and Anthony the first month after Howard retires. If Howard isn't turning a buck for Sirius, they won't keep a gag on those 2, and 25 years of dirt is going to come pouring out. From his daughter's alleged overdose at a station's Xmas party to the name of the stripper he bought the car for. I don't know her name, but I hear she is a gangly mare with a golden mane and used to do Pam Anderson/LiLo style tours of Europe. I would imagine O&A have a file 3' thick, waiting for the special day Howard leaves. Only reason I think it didn't happen when Mel left, is that then Howard would sue to get out of, and paid on, his contract due to a hostile workplace.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Oh geez Count, Mel was a nightmare.
He really was. Guy went on about 4 hours of sleep a night and when not sucking blood out of puppies and infants, he spent the rest of his time as The Master of Terror.
Whenever he visited radio stations I am convinced he wouldn't be happy unless at least 3 people were fired.

To be fair, however..when O&A were fired in Boston it's because they staged the stunt (about dead mayor) due to having a better offer and wanting to get out of the contract.
    Their dirt would be excellent.

Personally Don and Mike are my favorites.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Don & Mike!! I listen to Mike's podcast occasionally. My brother loved them so much he took a tour of WJFK back in the day when they broadcast from there! Buzz is my favourite.
