Ariel Castro Pleads Not Guilty

I guess it was too big of a hope for Ariel Castro to just plead guilty and get this whole thing over with already. Today in court, the kidnapper and rapist and murderer, pleaded not guilty to the hundreds of crimes with which he has been charged. I'm not sure what his plan is, but there is no way he is ever going free. Ever. There is no jury that will find him not guilty of every one of those hundreds of crimes and even if they acquitted him of 300 of them, the judge will still put the guy away for life on the other 29. Just plead guilty and get it over with. Of course, if there was no trial, Nancy Grace would not have something to talk about for three months. 14 News, WFIE, Evansville, Henderson, Owensboro

  2. His lawyer was quoted as saying they wanted to reach plea deal that would let him avoid the death penalty.

  3. He wants to torture the poor girls he abducted some more by making them testify against him. Sick SOB. Hope he manages to kill himself before then like a prisoner did in St. Louis MO County Jail-with his hands tied behind his back. That was justice.

    YAY!

This is wrong to say and I feel wrong, but I hope he spends the rest of his life forced to eat inmate ass.

Thank you for letting me get that off my chest.

  7. There isn't a word vile enough to fit this man. I hope the prisoners finish him off soon so he can get to Hell where he'll receive true justice.

  8. Not guilty by reason if insanity keeps him alive. Guilty gives him a death penalty.

    1. That's super hard to prove and up tp a jury to decide on. Hopefully they'll do a good job and hand the needle to the Prosecutor and save us some tax dollars. Oh hell, I'll throw in a few extra bucks to bring back Old Sparky hehe

  11. Put him away in Solitary confinement give him the death penalty but not until he serves a minimum of 20 years in isolation, then take him to the death chamber and prepare him for lethal injection, only to to say it's not going to happen today and take him back to his cell, and do this at least 4 times, just to mess with his mind.

  12. the state should not make a deal with this guy. you want a trial? fine, we'll go to trial---but no way should they take the DP off the table in this case. this guy NEEDS to be dead.

  13. There should be a law against people who plead not guilty when they know damn well they are, and so does everyone else. If they're convicted after a not guilty plea, they should become eligible for the death penalty. Or something.

  15. Why is the Enty de jour referencing a news page that isn't local to Cleveland. Any one of our news channels will have this story. He'll, they broke into regular programming to report it.
