Rohan Marley Will Try And See His Kids More With Mom In Jail

Rohan Marley can make kids, but he is not so good at taking care of them. The son of Bob Marley has five kids with Lauryn Hill and since they split in 2009 he has not really been a big part of their life. He has been such a small part of their life that the kids are going to be split among relatives while Lauryn goes to jail for three months, rather than staying with Rohan. He does say he will step up and see them more during the three months Lauryn is in jail. I don't understand why he can't just move them into his place for three months or move into their house while Lauryn is away. It is not like she is going away for years. This is a three month long commitment and he is not even willing to make that.

    Wtf does that mean, he'll 'try' ?!!!!! You dont try, you do it!! Poor kids, absent father and stoned wacky mother. What chance do they have? Now split brwn relatives? And then they will have problems as adults, and everyone will sit back and tsk.

    Love Bob Marley but where do you think Rohan learned this behavoir? Watch the documentary and you'll see Rohan is no better than his father when it comes to family life. It's a sad cycle.

      Yup! Bob had a few kids outside his marriage but then again so did Lauryn. I believe her youngest child is with someone other than Rohan.

    He looks a bit emotionally restrained/introverted and stiff, mentally self absorbed in that pic, could just be a bad pic but still, if Lauryn Hill married him how stable can he be? Perhaps those kids are better off NOT around their Dad.

    Lauryn did not marry him, he is engaged to someone else (a Brazilian model) and the scuttlebutt was that he was involved with a good friend of hers when she snatched him away.

    I never understood why she was so bound and determined to have him (the kids seemed like a real attempt to tie herself to him). So what if he's Bob Marley's kid? Their numbers are legion, and she was an accomplished woman herself.

    Uninvolved fathers suck and so do Mothers who don't love themselves enough to choose a good father for their children. (I am not saying that all crappy fathers appeared that way at first, but he sure did.)
