Kardashians Lose Big In Court

Showing you that the Kardashians think they can do whatever they want with no consequences, they attempted to hijack the name of a makeup line already in existence. Back in 2004, a line of makeup called Kroma was created. Over the past decade it has grown into a very successful makeup line, mainly through the efforts of the line's owner. Last year, the Kardashians announced their makeup line which they called Khroma. Yeah, you can see where this is going. A cease and desist letter was sent to the company responsible for the Kardashian's makeup line and they were sued for $10M. A federal judge sided with the original Kroma and an appeals court agreed. Now, it will cost millions to change the packaging and branding and marketing. I don't feel sorry for them at all. Kim is the one who came up with the name after she had seen the Kroma products and thought Khroma would be great. Yeah, because it would be taking after a great company and not creating, what will probably end up in dollar stores around the country.

More is better than less because if there's more less stuff, then you might want to have some more. However, your parents won't let you because there's only a little. If you really like something, you'll want more of it.

  13. That's fantastic! I remember reading about this when the suit was filed, but never heard any more about it. It seems like the old article said the two names were spelled the same, that it wasn't Kroma and Khroma. Either way, I'm so glad the KKlan lost!

  22. Ya Kimmode is bloody brilliant. Glad these tricks are slowly on the demise. But does anyone else think kimber-wee-on-me is wearing these disastrous clothes on purpose? And why haven't the media called her on it?

  24. I think they did it because JLo & Coty did it and were successful. I imagine that lots of companies do this. They don't bother careful investigation. In JLo's case it was a cosmetics company that was already using the name Glow. They weren't all that successful anyway, unlike Kroma. So winning was easy.

  25. of course it would have been perfect someone else did all the hard work, the ho's come in for the payday...these who-ha's make me sick.

  26. If you go back a while, Enty would have Katrashian free weeks or months.
But I'm sure he would violate his own rule to publish such joyful & well deserved news about these famewhores & self-entitled creeps!
