Joe Giudice Trial Date Set
Yesterday Joe Giudice was in court and a trial date has finally been set. Joe faces some serious time in jail because he got his driver's license suspended so tried to get one made using his brother's name. Joe has been trying to drag this case out forever, but he finally will face a jury in a two week trial set to begin on July 15. I'm not sure why Joe has not just made some deal with a little prison time. He is not going to win, and when he loses will be going to jail for a very long time. New Jersey is not California.
really? jail time for a driver's license offense?
ReplyDeleteUh, yeah! Trying to get a DL in someone else's name is a significant crime! Especially when the last one was suspended because of DUI. It was discovered when his brother was pulled over and the photo that the officer pulled up was Juicy Joe.
DeleteThe Giudices are idiots. License suspension doesn't last that long. Just ride it out instead of trying to get a different license made at the DMV.
ReplyDeleteIt's not for joyriding, it's for fraud. You'd be ok with your bro/sis obtaining a license in your name?
ReplyDeleteAgreed, I think they're trying to make an example out of him, this is such a waste of tax dollars, it's not like he's some terrorist who used the id to purchase wmds.
ReplyDeleteIt was a stupid thing to do, don't get me wrong, and I'm sure his brother knew.
ReplyDeleteI so can not wait for the new season of RHNJ to start on Sunday. I don't know if I'm going to be able to handle my housewives and Mad Men all in one day. He'll probably get fined and community service. Jail time? Doubt it.
ReplyDeleteHe knowingly went to the DMV with the intent to fraud &to falsfy id. It is serious and he should be made example of . He's stupid, most likely they offered him a deal and he said no. He in essence is making a big deal by not quietly dealing with their DA to come to a deal.
ReplyDeleteDomestic terrorists can come in any color and background.
Yea and people used to do that all the time with their older brothers and sisters to get fake ids if they went to collegfbs in different states. I'm not defending it, but honestly, it costs about 44,000 a year to be incarcerated in NJ, at the taxpayers expense, this dumb meatball "domestic terrorist" is that dangerous to the public to warrant such a cost?
ReplyDeleteColleges**
ReplyDeleteJoe thinks he is above the law, besides being a hazard on the road.
ReplyDelete"Joe flipped his car in March 2010 and was arrested for a DUI. He subsequently had his license revoked for 12 months and was ordered to serve 30 days of community service. Then in September 2010, Joe was arrested for driving without a license and spent 10 days in jail. Joe was then arrested in March 2011 for allegedly obtaining a fraudulent driver’s license using his brother’s ID, and was indicted in December 2011."
thats an ugly rap sheet. i'd rather just cut him off from ever driving again, and use the courts and law to shred the nickelodeon/disney pedo machine. jmo.
ReplyDeleteDidn't they default on loans too? Can they roll that into this case so we never have to hear from him and his gorilla faced wife again? No offence to real gorillas!
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure they had to agree to some sort of repayment for the bull of their default, otherwise they were going down for bankruptcy fraud.
DeleteHe shouldnt be driving period.
ReplyDeleteOne of the downsides of being a marginal reality star is that you don't get the benefit of celebrity that popular celebs usually get and are sometimes used for 'message' cases.
ReplyDeleteI despise this man - what a waste of air her is.
ReplyDeleteHe's such a creep, I hate how he speaks to his wife and kids, but she's an idiot for putting up with it. They're both liars so a jury trial might be interesting if you like that kind of trash (and I do)!
ReplyDelete@ T. E. Cuz and nudibelle - Do you really think revoking his license permanently will stop him from driving? He thinks he's above the law and he doesn't care (and that's not the only law he's breaking). He lets his wife drive in front of the camera but off camera he's behind the wheel.
ReplyDeleteHow is this trial going to take two weeks? There are no experts to testify, just the DMV witness and a couple of cops...This seems like a three day case max.
