Brooke Mueller Checks Into Rehab

For the 234th time, Brooke Mueller has checked into rehab. After being released from her 5150 hold, Brooke decided that perhaps another shot at rehab would be the best thing for her. I agree. I have said before that she needs a good 90 days or even longer. Her kids will be there when she finishes and she will have a lot better life with them after a 90 day absence, then going to rehab every year because she bails on it too soon. Denise will keep the kids because there is no way Charlie is giving them to Brooke's parents.

  1. Maybe she can share a room with me so we can do ass to ass in private. Well except for the web cam and live video feed.

  2. Who makes a break for it first? This trick or The Cracken?

  3. Charlie can't even bother to clean up his act to take care of his two sons. It's wonderful Richards is stepping in and taking care of them, but she shouldn't have to. Writing checks doesn't equal being an actual parent. Sheen has no right to call himself a father.

  4. I'm sure this time will be the charm for Brooke.

  5. And me. The charm to getting a vivid contract

  6. Being born to a celebrity parent is supposed to give you a bunch of advantages in life. Instead, these poor kids. Damn.

There is nothing, nothing, nothing, more valuable or desired by a child than a safe and loving home. I'm sure they love Denise and their sisters, but you can't just substitute "Mommy". I hope she gets the help she needs.

  7. @bruised leg: She is bottoming out, you don't want ass to ass with that. You gotta catch em when they are just beginning the descent, just at the point where pride first gives way to addiction. Especially with crackheads.

Bulimics in the audience would be wise to check out CrackWhoreConfessions.com, when the urge to purge is great. Merely calling them chicks "nasty" is an understatement.

  10. It won't happen, but getting out of LA and all the temptations/easy access to money and drugs is what would help her. After she gets a good long stay in rehab. Getting clean is hard and she's obviously susceptible to the environment.

  11. She needs WAY more then 90 days...

  12. At least this girl keeps trying. It's hard to break an addiction and slips are bound to happen. But keep on trying Brooke, and one day it might just stick.

  13. Charlie's got the money to pay for her to go to a good six months to rehab. He certainly contributed enough to her addiction. Not that I blame it all on him, I doubt he held the crack pipe up to her lips. and I'm sure he's been footing all the bills for her for a long time. He seems like a decent guy that Charlie, just with alot of demons.

  14. My girlfriend moved to Hollyweird quite a few years back - when she was dating Sheen. She was known to be pretty darn good in the real estate circuit backbthen. Anywho...my gf called to tell me that there was this gorgeous girl sitting next to her - one of the prettiest she had ever seen - and to guess who it was...I never would have, but she was quite normal then, just beginning to date Charlie...Asked her if she had seen her since and she said that she looks much worse in person. Sad, sad story!!

  16. I wish I had had a Denise Richards when I was growing up to raise me in lieu of my druggie mom.

  17. What's the story with Brooke's parents? Why wouldn't Charlie want them to have the kids?

  18. Charlie is violent to women, including shooting Kelly Preston. He's not a decent guy, he's a charming guy. And a lot of people fall for that charm.

  19. If she was serious, she would go to the place in Arizona that Stevie Nicks used. That place does not mess around.

  20. Yxtabay- Brooke's parents are horrendous, horrendous enablers. They are mooches and wannabes, who try to keep up with the Jones but are as vacuous and morally bankrupt as Paris Hilton. They blame Carlie for The mess that is their danger, despite the FACT she had been to rehab 8-12 times BEFORE even meeting Charlie. Also, they sued Charlie's long time friend and realtor for part commission when Charlie bought Brooke a house, saying they should get commission, because they introduced the parties (they didn't). Even Charlie, though married to Brooke, disagreed (and Moire wasn't even in Ca at the time!). And, worst- they push the drinking / drug scene on their own daughter, hiring her as a BARTENDER the day she got out of rehab for a party they were hosting, thinking it'd help keep her straight if she weren't socializing. Yeah, watching everyone have fun and serving the drinks won't hurt at all...they are disasters of epic proportions. And, after all, look at their child, would you want who turned out that parenting your kids??

  21. Wow PS, thank you for the background. Much like Lohag's horrid parents it sounds like Brooke never had a chance.

And PinkPalace, you're not the first to mention that she was absolutely lovely and sweet. Others have mentioned that as well.

Call me optimistic, but for some reason I really believe Brooke will make it this time. Maybe if they dangle the chirrens in front of her far enough to where she can't have them back UNTIL she remains sober for so long may work. Still I feel like she wants to be well this time. I am rooting for her.

    McCracken...Classic!

  22. I'm really annoyed that Brooke has reportedly gone into rehab for "prescription drug addiction", per Gossip Cop. (Yeah, I know, but they were the ones who got a quote from a publicist, so that's the lie everybody's going with.) EVERYBODY in H'wood goes to rehab for "prescription" drug addiction. Maybe when that ridiculous lie stops being told, people can actually start to heal.
