Blind Item #2

This A list mostly movie actress is convinced she can sell out a national tour of her singing. Songs. Is she a good singer? Yes. No one actually likes her though and I think she would have a hard time getting anyone to pay money to see her. She is working on setting it up though with just a few cities to start.

  2. Dammit I'm never first!

  3. I am torn between Scarlett Johansson and Anne Hathaway. Don't like either. They couldn't pay me to watch them sing, or go to their movies for that matter.

  4. I thought either AnnE or ScarJo

  5. Goopy is my guess!

  6. I think this is Goopy. She's got the connections w/ hubs to make it happen, or try. She had a radio-hit, kinda, awhile back.

Goopy needs HELP. She seems on such a sad white-knuckle scramble to be liked and admired. Seems to point to the rumored bad self-esteem.

    1. Wait, what? Goopy had a radio hit? What was it??

    2. @Crystal It was a duet with Huey Lewis that she did for some movie a while back. I think it was called Cruising or something like that.

  7. I think ENTY implied that scarjo wanted to explore her singing career awhile back in random photos or some other scarjo post.

  8. I like GOOP's singing voice, but no, I wouldn't go see her in concert.

Scarlett is a singer, but is not "disliked". She's also admitted to bad nerves at events and red carpets, I can't imagine her wanting to go on tour.

  9. I like the goopy guess.

  10. I'm going with ScarJo or Goop but leaning towards Goop since she has been in the media so much recently.

  11. Just found an article where ScarJo says her nerves get the better of her if she has to sing live. Don't think it's her.

  12. Heigl: no movies coming out til next year and needs some attention.

  13. No one likes her = Goop.

  14. I'm a bit of a vocalist snob. I admit it. That being said, I don't see ANY A list actresses with voices good enough to TRULY be considered a good vocalist/singer. Anne is mediocre. So are Scarlett and Goopy. The only chick who could come close is Anna Kendrick and she's far from A-list. It's sad when people think they can sing and they can't.

    1. I agree with everything you have said. Thank You.

  15. Emmy Rossum to be different.

  16. I like the Goop guess, but isn't she a movie/tv actress? That feels like splitting hairs, though. And Goop has been on Glee, so she has shown off her singing chops. She was also in Country Strong.

  17. I think unliked A list movie actress comes down to Anne Hathaway or GOOP.

  18. Emmy Rossum is a good guess and she's been out promoting that new record of hers. She sang the national anthem at a baseball game recently but I don't think she actually tours and performs at venues.

In other news the video ads are ruining this site and making it nearly impossible to enjoy. Jesus, man.

  19. I recall Goop wanting to do an album and she is the number one hated celebrtiy in America. Hathaway is on that list as well but not Scarjo.

  20. I guess Goopy also. If I had her blind self esteem I could rule any imaginary world! I will give her that, she has such high self esteem she does and tries anything. Like those people who wear bikinis at theme parks who have no business wearing them ( even a lot of thin people! Just because you are thin does not make your ass look good in a thong - just sayin')

  21. There is no stopping the wasp!

  22. Paltrow.

Why wouldn't we expect America to clamor for the opportunity to see an Oscar winner live? As many people as dislike her, she's still got enough fans. And she's no fool. I predict smaller, more intimate venues so they will sell out. New York and LA will be stocked with A-listers for max PR. Her work on Country Strong seemed well received, so I'll bet she goes through Nashville. That's a few cities right there.

  23. Totally AnnE Crapaway

  24. If it is ScarJo, I hope someone smacks some sense into her.

If it is Goop, I hope no one smacks any sense into her. Showing up to perform in front of a fist full of idiots and a bunch of crickets would be a good reality check for the bim.

    1. Smack some sense into ScarJo? I see what you did there.

  25. Definitely Goop. I think I read somewhere how she considered doing an album. I can see her being this retarded.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I vote for Goop, but ScarJo and Anne Hathaway also fit. Actually, I have to admit that AnnE did a fine job singing "I Dreamed a Dream".

  27. Scarlett and I never know these.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Emmy Rossum was first known as a singer, and I know many people who would go see her in concert, so I don't think this is her. She's not hated, as far as I know, but Goop certainly is. I think this is hysterical, the woman is so full of herself!

  29. I thought Gwyneth too. Didn't she sing in one of her movies?

    ReplyDelete
  30. I'll go with Gwyneth even though Enty said Scarjo wanted to get back into music. I think Scarlett has an interesting voice but not something a lot of people might like and I think Gwyneth is actually a pretty good singer from what I've seen of her on Glee and in Country Strong.

  31. Anne Hathaway did a show in a Cabaret Club last year and it sold out.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I think you all are forgetting Rita Wilson. She has been trying to set up a tour but I wouldn't buy a ticket!

    ReplyDelete
  33. @f28 - Goopy does rule an imaginary world. The one she lives in every single day. Yikes.

    ReplyDelete
  34. GOOP did some of the Glee tour. She did Duets and Country Strong. On board with all who've guessed her.

I don't understand, why not just do some open mic nights at a nice place and go from there?

    ReplyDelete
  36. This smells like Goopy. Only a narcissist like her will do this.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Scarlett Johannsen. Definitely.

    ReplyDelete
  38. If it's Scarlett, I think she has a decent enough voice, and heck, I'd go see her; I like her just fine. Come to Boston, bubela--I'll even make you cookie dough truffles! (A friend of yours has already had them, and knows just how good they are... ;-) )

  39. I'm thinking either Anne Hathaway or ScarJo for this - wasn't there a recent reveal that mentioned ScarJo was "back to wanting to be a singer"? And I'm sure Anne is completely full of herself on her singing ability after Les Miserables.

  40. Please please please let it be Paltrow!!! I will spend TOP DOLLAR to buy the best seat front & center at every single venue on her tour. Not because I am a fan - because I want to throw rotten tomatoes at her and yell insults until she runs crying from the stage.

  41. Definitely Gwyneth.
