Blind Item #1

This almost A list mostly television actor is not really A list, but his name recognition is so high that it seems he should be A list. Anyway, he is making an appearance next weekend and he was not all that interested in the money they offered. Nope. What he wanted included were five women who will do whatever he wants for the entire weekend without him having to pay for them.

  4. Yep Lotta, Sheen is my guess as well.
Doesn't need the money and his warlock self is A list well known for name alone.

  5. Charlie is spending so much on lawyers he can't afford his hookers?

  6. Charlie is A list. Sorry - not almost.

  7. I need Jerkula to come up with the potential cost analysis of 5 hookers over 48 hours. Would there be a rebate if the drugs are provided?

    1. @Steampunk: lots of vsriables involved. Quality of hooker, booking direct or through an agency and then finding ones with no limits. For the least amount of effort exerted and 48hr time frame, in the USA, and the caliber of whore a celeb would be satisfied with, $5k a piece so $25k total. Regular dude, arranging it for himself could probably work craigslist and sugar daddy sites and accomplish the same for between 5 and 10k.

At the 5k/whore price level, drugs only enter into it if the trick is doing them and offers to share. No whore worth her weight in shit is going to risk a high dollar trick by showing up jonesing enough to offer a discount.

If this blind is Sheen though, I could see whores doing it on the cheap just to get the introduction and hopefully work their way into the rotation.

  8. I think the suggestion in the blind that it's Charlie. But yup, agree with Sarah, he's A-list. I don't know that I would call him "mostly television" either.

  9. Just read the description for the Sapphire... Who knew Bathhouses were making a comeback? (no pun intended) Dennis Rodman AND Charlie Sheen, they definitely have found role models for their target audience.

  10. Interesting rider. I wonder if he had five specific women in mind?

  11. Meh I don't go with the ratings that the current writers of the blog provide. However, Charlie fits. He's no longer on 2 1/2 men and his show Anger Management isn't exactly pulling ratings. His name is bigger than his career at this point and as far as 'mostly television' he has done a few small moves like Platoon and Wall Street.
Again, he doesn't need the money and he's a known hound dog when it comes to escorts.

  12. Say, Henry Winkler is appearing at a Comic Con next weekend... just sayin'.

  13. Charlie's 'A list' has never been in question. He will always be A list, if by name recognition only. EVERYONE knows who he is, even my Grandma (thanks to his dad). No way is this him. he has no problem paying for it, not even if everyone knows about it!

  14. Agreed @BaconRanch...Enty's ratings seem to be arbitrary, so never really much of a clue.

  15. I second Jon Hamm for some reason

  16. A few "small movies"? lol He was a film only actor for most of his career. TV for him only came into play really in the 2000's. Maybe I'm showing my age. :-)

    1. Agree with HR Lady (and I often disagree with HR's calls .. at my work ;)

He was all movies in the past, and they really weren't small. So he's a 'movie actor, now mostly television' in Enty speak.

  17. Thank you HR Lady :)
Yep, arbitrary and kind of a CYA. (btw I loved both Platoon and Wall Street, showing my age as well)

  19. ROB LOWE, the whole Liberace press tour thing...

  20. Will Arnett? Rob Lowe is a great guess though too, I think.

  21. Although Chucky Boy has been in many great movies, I think by now he is mostly recognized as a TV actor. He replaced Michael J. Fox on Spin City in 2000.
This has Tiger Blood all over it.
    Charlie Sheen for the WIN(ning)

  22. I agree it's Charlie. And he was GREAT in Major Leagues I & II. And Eight Men Out. I'd classify him as A in TV and movies.

  26. Why am I the first person to say Jeremy Piven?

    1. @ Mark: cause everyone else figures Piven could use the money. One Crazy Summer and Entourage residuals can't be that lucrative.
