    I love Kelly Clarkson, but I hate her as a blonde. It washes her out horribly. She's sexy as a brunette.

    Getting tired of Taylor's ponytail and messy bangs look. It just doesn't look right.

    I was wondering the same thing re: Kaley Izzie.

    Shania married her meal ticket. I worked in country at the time and the joke was that if she tried to divorce him, he would release her outtakes. He really was the one who put her on the map (though it really shows in some of her songs that he used to produce Def Leppard. He's kind of a one trick pony)
    She's gorgeous, though. No doubt about that.

    Kelly Clarkson had several missteps through the night with her red carpet and performance dresses, as both were just not flattering at all. I still LOVE her though.

    And Swifty was doing some horribly over-contrived emoting during her performance that made me roll my eyes and change the channel.

    I always found the Twania divorce highly suspicious, as in PR move. Oh sure, he was with her best friend, but I firmly believe she was with the other guy and she played the sympathy card to get away with it.

    Why are there so many country music award shows? For someone not into country music, I always found that weird.

    msgirl, I always found the whole thing shady. He supposedly sees her in a late night low budget song video and 'falls in love' with her voice (oh please) then she takes the music scene by storm (even branching out to EZ listening and Top 40) His influence was still pretty big at the time behind the scenes so I have an inkling that had something to do with it. Then, after not going a week without being papped, she suddenly get's pregnant and they disappear to the Swiss Alps or somewhere and not a pic is taken in over a year. Shady stuff, then again the inernet wasn't that big then (mid-late 90's) so that may have something to do with the lack of pics. Wasn't she reportedly fooling around with her Bf's husband too? The rumors were conflicting at the time. One was that she was practicing a meditation that ruled out sex, the other was that she cheated too.
    All I know is that she dropped out of sight like *snap* that.

    As far as Country awards shows, their egos are just as big as the others, they just say "Thank you" with a twang and a ya'll thrown in.

    Still in shock over that pantsuit...Crows' stylist must hate her Baaad.I like Faith Hills' shoes, they don't go but they're cute. Sorry sweetie but dramatic hair and dress cannot make a girl next door face drahmatic too, she should have lowered that hair drawbridge, lol. in all the talk about Clarkson, did anyone else mention her polka dot shoes?

    There was a picture of Kaley on yahoo that showed her at an angle that highlighted her rear...Girl has a LOVERLY rear end. Not digging her hair though.

    I always thought Shania and Mutt (his look so matches his nickname he must be packin) were doing the swing thing with that other couple and then Mutt decided he liked that other woman better. Or...Shania decided she liked the guy better.
    I like Carrie's dress, and Kaley's, but her eye makeup is too raccoon-like.

    I really do like Kelly Clarkson, but her dress reminds me of my moments where I finally fit into a dress I bought 5 years ago and just HAD to wear it no matter what the fashion had going on at the time. Even if it didn't really flatter me at all - IT FIT!

    I think Curly Haired Slacker and I may have another closet we need to Burglar Bunch - Cuoco's! I have been loving all her awards show dresses. I know some of you don't care for her hair, but I think it's pretty bitchin that she is always changing it up and takes risks. Unlike Sophia Vargara who is gorgeous but ALWAYS wears her hair the same way. I can do cool braids, Sophia!! I'll style you!

    the CMA dresses are usually awful. carrie's dress looks like a kleenex box. kelly's hair is too light for her. but she looks SO happy. glad for her. hope her guy is the real deal.

    Jewel looked beautiful on tv. And I always got the MV vibe from Shania. I know the clues point to JHo but it was so odd with the whole Mutt Lange thing and when they split she "lost" her voice. Just weird right?
