I agree. Christopher Reeves was getting a bit long in the tooth and the plots were just getting silly.
When a movie has Michael Shannon in it, you can do no wrong.

it looks like they tweaked the origin story to give it a different flavor. I'm sure the fan boys will cry over it. But i'm looking forward to it. Henry Cavill isn't the best actor, but he tries real hard. But he is physically stunning to look at.
After seeing what Christopher Nolan did with Batman, I'm pretty excited about Man of Steel.

I want to see this because of this trailer. Before I was all pffffft this will suck! Now I'm very excited. Whoever did this deserves chocolates.
