Justin Bieber's Grandfather Wants A Handout

I am not a big fan of relatives complaining to the media when their rich relative does not come through with what they expect is a decent amount of money for the aggrieved relative to live on. I'm not sure what duty Justin Bieber has to his grandparents, but the parents of Justin's dad say that Justin needs to give them some money. George Bieber says he can't work because he got injured so his wife tries to make ends meet in a factory and that the only thing Justin has ever given them is a tv and some Christmas money and that he should be taking care of them. Yeah, like now that you have said all this to the media, Justin is going to stop smoking pot long enough to give you some money. The only thing he is going to do when he stops smoking pot for any length of time is realize how ridiculous he looks in the pants he wears.

    I think if Justin had a relationship to that part of the family, he could easily afford to send them enough to live on so his Grandmother wouldn't have to work in a factory.

    However I really dislike when relatives pull this kind of thing to blackmail a celebrity and right now I'm thinking there must be a reason Justin isn't supporting them. His dad is of working age--let him support his parents if he wants to.

    So this guy's son knocked Justin Pussy's mom, then neither he or his son take care of the "singer" (JB Wikipedia: "Mallette raised her son with the help of her mother, Diane, and stepfather, Bruce") and now he wants money for everything he did for the child.

    I love when people come out of the wood work to squeeze the teat. It's too bad this asshat can't work and lives in abject poverty - but I'm sorry - Justin has no responsibility to support the side of the family who had nothing to do with him until he started making money. Fuck them.

    Why should he support them? Where were they when he needed them? Just because he can do it doesn't mean that he should.
    I don't really follow this kid, so I didn't realize that his Dad was a no-show until he made it big. Yeah, he's obnoxious, but he's 19 has been in his stardom through his teen years.
    I'm really sick of the nastiness Enty keep throwing at him. He (or whoever is writing this)is obsessed and inflates everything into epic sins. The kid has done some things I found disgusting (his behavior with his pets) but the manufactured Ann Frank scandal, was more of an embarrassment for the media.
    The fact that he allowed his father back into the picture and all of his leech friends (including the girlfriend who gets tons of press off him) makes me think that he has a big emotional void he needs to fill.
    I hope that he stops behaving like an entitled little snot soon and cleans house.

      Pini, thank you. I can't stand that he craps on jb but never talks about his faves with their stuff. Or maybe they're just waiting for the bio & they drop all the things they did so enty can be quelle surprise at the revelations while trashing jb at the same time.

    Texas - I agree, but there's something about seeing these entertainers who were child stars struggle that makes me feel sorry for them.
    They all seem to have parents that have failed them, its no wonder they are a mess. Who lets their underage daughter move in with her boyfriend? Or lets their underage son go on vacations with his girlfriend?

    Nothing bothers me more than people who have never worked for anything in their life and expect others, specifically relatives, to take care of them. The icing is those who have not fostered a relationship with that relative and think that due to wealth, they are entitled. Go fuck yourself, buddy.

    Biebs should at least pay Grammy and Pop Pop's heating bills and make sure they are getting fed. His dad is squeezing him for money anyway. Some of that can go to the grandparents.

    @Mango he was given a monkey as a gift and took it illegally to Germany. The Germans confiscated it and instead of Justing trying to get him back he just left him in Germany. The monkey also was taken to young from it's mother and was just freaking out.

    The good news is the Monkey was taken to a sanctuary in the Netherlands. The bad news, we are still stuck with Justin Bieber.

    Ridiculous, and I can't stand the Beibs, either. Dad and the creepy relatives from that side should have just stayed in their sewer hole.

    I can't stand uninvolved parents who suddenly show up when these kids are of age. Happened with my stepson - the mother became his "bestest westest buddy" after being MIA for 16 years.

    You don't want to be bothered with raising your kid, don't come around when the rough stuff is over with.

    GAH. Sore subject for me.

    I had to go skim his movie, Never Say Never before posting. It's actually a very good movie, before all his controversial stuff started. I knew it had one set of his grandparents in it, and he is very close with them, but those were his mother parents. I imagine he helps them out a lot, as they had a big hand in his early life.

    Justin could absolutely afford to give them a life changing amount of money without feeling it....BUT....as a divorced mom who raised my kids alone more or less financially, I can imagine there were years Justin went without lots of things and his dad and grandparents weren't worried about him.
    It looks like Justin has forgiven his dad and is probably giving him a free ride, but it's pretty dark for the grandpa to sell this tidbit to make a buck since Justin isn't supporting him in the way be feels entitled to.

    It always amazes me that people being interviewed for press articles where a photo is being used don't CLEAN UP THEIR FRICKING house. What, poor means pigs too? Tidy up, get off your ass and try eating a little healthier, then you might not have the health problems that all that weight is giving you. Oh and JB owes you exactly what you gave him while he was growing up. Nothing.

    Not a Beiber fan AT ALL but this guy obviously needs to get effed. This half of Justin's family were not in his life at all growing up, didn't help raise him or give him or his mother any money or help or attention at all, and he doesn't owe them a damn thing now.
