Jenelle Evans Drops Battery Charges Against Husband - Prosecutors Don't Agree

Yesterday Jenelle Evans had a pretty busy day. Not only was she rushed to the hospital in an ambulance because of what she says are cyst issues, but she also decided to drop the battery charges against her husband because he is back together with her this week. The prosecutors still plan on proceeding with the charges against Jenelle's husband or, if he really didn't hit her then they will file charges against Jenelle for filing a false police report which would see her getting arrested and posing for her 37th mugshot.

    My husband is a cop. He says it's the state that presses charges in domestic violence cases because most of the time, the victim will do this exactly. Or they are too afraid to press charges.

    Haha ethorne! I'd put $ on Jenelle being in withdrawal. She's straight up using in this last season of TM2. Her voice overs are always the same, "I haven't seen Jace in a few days because I had a boob job/sad/sick/moving."
