Halle Berry Is Pregnant
Halle Berry is 46 and involved with a man who has beaten up her ex and cheated on his girlfriend while she was getting chemo for cancer so I'm sure this will all end well. In the meantime, Halle and her people said this all happened naturally and that she is about three months along and would have waited longer except someone let the cat out of the bag. Plus, in Hawaii she was hiding her stomach and she never does that. Friends are telling tabloids that Halle is thrilled to be pregnant. Would you expect them to come out and say she is hating it and really doesn't want the baby? Those she is so happy quotes are the most useless kinds of quotes ever.
Well sure she is happy. When he cheats and abuses her, she will have a new reason to say "poor me! another man done me wrong" which is something she clearly enjoys. Having a baby will just make her look even more sympathetic/pathetic.
ReplyDeleteShe should've paid Gabriel for another baby, Olivier is fug.
ReplyDeleteThis
DeleteIt's the lizard/non existant eyes that bother me
DeleteCongrats to Halle i hope things work out!
ReplyDeleteI predict that Gabriel will end up with both kiddos. Halle and Oliver will self destruct at some point.
ReplyDeleteTrying to think of something nice to say about this situation but I just can't! And seriously who wants to have a baby at 46 yrs old? My mind is exploding here.
Why do I have a hard time believing this all happened naturally for a 46 year old woman who had a really difficult time getting pregnant the first time? There's no shame in having fertility problems and seeking help, but so few of these older Hollywood moms will admit to it.
ReplyDeleteBrudg, it happens! My sister had lot of trouble and then popped iut 4 in a row!!!!!!
DeleteGeez Enty, kinda tardy to the party!
ReplyDelete"Happened naturally"?
ReplyDeleteThat's got to be the lie of the year.
I agree this will not end well. Now poor Nahla has to deal with having a half sibling too? I predict Nahla will end up with Gabriel.
ReplyDeleteHalle is 46? A special needs child is quite likely, I don't think Halle or Olivier could handle that, although I guess that's what nannies are for.
Congrats hell. Now she has another life she can f up. Meanwhile, me and other infertile women can only imagine what its like to have a baby. Damn this bitch. I swear, if there is a God, he loves rewarding the wicked. :,-(
ReplyDeleteScratchy, right there with you. We're going into our 3rd year. Everytime I see a f**k up announce a pregnancy I feel stabby. The teen mom ones are the worst. Kim K a close 2nd. If Lohag ever gets pregnant I will offically give up!
DeleteAdd me to that list.... Ugh
DeleteWay to stave off menopause, girlfriend!!!
ReplyDeleteNotice how most people never announce that it happened naturally... Hmmmmmmm
ReplyDeleteI didn't realize she was that close to me in age; I'm 50. Holy crap, Halle!
ReplyDeleteYeah, pretty likely she'll have a special-needs child and oh man, that makes me sad.
However..sigh...I wish all the best. God, I'm cringing here. This is gonna be so bad...
(Sorry...crazy on the ellipses today. Well, more so than usual.)
Agreed with all above. Having a baby is the last thing this "couple" should be doing. He is erratic, a drunk and has a violent temper.
ReplyDeleteI used to love Halle, but now... wth? She still crazy gorgeous but off her rocker.
ReplyDeleteAnd WHY announce a 3 month pregnancy? KK needs the publicity, Countess Kate is probably legally required, Jessica couldn't hide it if she tried, Fergie lets everyone belly rub - but Halle's horse in the race is that she's a 46-yo diabetic who conceived naturally with a rage-a-holic boyfriend, a sad-sack ex, and an adorable daughter who must be quite confused.
Fun times, these.
pssst... Hi Smash!!
ReplyDeleteITA - those qualities do not make a good parent. And seriously, not a good human :(
I feel really bad for the little one.
Good morning Miss Dia!
DeleteIn all the Hawaii pictures she is looking at the camera smiling and touching her stomach. In every picture. This all makes me sad. Why have a baby with such a mean person? He has already beat your first baby daddy, I hope he doesn't touch you like that Halle.
ReplyDelete*She's still
ReplyDeleteUnless she wants him to think it happened naturally. Lets see if she has twins...
ReplyDeleteApparently Halle doesn't like that Nahla looks happier with Gabriel in photos. Checkout Kneepads photo special on the happy family.
ReplyDeleteHoly hell, what is up with Halle's knee in that first photo?
DeleteMy great-grandmother got pregnant with my great-aunt naturally way back in the day at this age. She wasn't special needs, unless being a mean ass bitch counts as special needs. But, yeah, I'd have a fit. I bet Halle did too. That Olivier looks shifty.
ReplyDeleteShe's over the mooon!
ReplyDeleteThis is going to be sooooooo sooooooo sooooo messy when it finally does blow up. And these two children themselves, having another child???? grrrreat.....
if you have another kid you argue to the judge that the siblings need to be together. this is her backup plan for moving. ugh. and such a wonderful choice of dna on her part. wife beater, wife cheater. first baby daddy looking beter and better
ReplyDeleteAh, good point.
DeleteSHE'S 46, he's 47? Well in Hollywood yrs that's about 25-26 yrs old maturity wise, so they're good and ready. Ya KNOW those gotta be frozen eggs from awhile back, pre-tested and spun to perfection. Oliver surely picked out a baby boy sperm at the same clinic, ya know so he can teach him how to box :) That kid will be just fine and the paps are gonna love it!
ReplyDeleteOn the plus side, Nahla is so gorgeous, and Olivier's got a nice face too, their child is going to be stunning. Although, two pretty people do not a pretty child make. Plus an attractive child can certainly come out of two unattractive parents. See Lindsay Lohan versus, man, I can't even remember her sister's name... Ali?totally different looking people is my point. Jeez I'm rambling.... sorry guys.
ReplyDeleteAnnaN yes two pretty people do not always make good looking kids. Evidence : Tater Head and siblings.
DeleteI'm going to be mean about some kids but brangelinas twins to me are just very ordinary, not ugly but just ordinary. Two good looking parents but just average kids
DeleteI have no doubt she will claim abuse when they break up and she wants the kid. She already did this Aubry! Maybe Olliver and Gabriel can join some sort of support group with other exes of hers, after all of this.
ReplyDelete@Jenn LOL!
ReplyDeleteOh I have nothing to contribute just enjoying everyone's comments as usual.
Jenn that nasty bitch comment was too funny.
ReplyDeleteScratchy :( I'm sending you extra fertile good vibes. I hate hearing people that suck can get pregers and the good ones have so much trouble.
My grandmother had a child at the age of 46. But she never had fertility problems. Just the opposite.
ReplyDeleteI can't help but think this is a ploy for the court, if Olivier "needs" to move to France then Halle can walk into court and use their new child for leverage to get her way.
ReplyDeletehappened naturally = the check is in the mail.
ReplyDeleteHappened naturally? The fact that they're saying it's a boy immediately makes me think they selected the gender. Nevertheless babies are cool--hope everyone's happy and healthy (Halle is still bananas though).
ReplyDelete"Natural" my ass. Not like it matters how the child was conceived, but apparently honesty doesn't either.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure they're saying it was natural so they can act like its a happy accident for exactly the reasons discussed here. It looks bad for her in family court to be getting fertility treatments to produce a child with a violent, abusive man while in the midst of a mud-slinging custody battle. If they say it was natural then she looks (amazingly) less irresponsible
ReplyDeletei don't care how she did :just congrats!
ReplyDeleteI don't hate Halle. I don't like her ex. I have nothing to say on Martinez.
What's with Olivier Martinez and Eddie Cibrian doing that squinty eye in all their pictures? Makes them look stupid.
ReplyDeleteLeane rimes has them too, infact I think her and Eddie look a lot like- hence why the egos are together
DeleteLet me tell you guys something - age has nothing to do with it. In my early 50s I stopped having periods. I saw my GYN who did blood tests and said that whatever hormone shows fertility had changed so that I was in menopause. She said I didn't need to worry about birth control any more so I went off the pill. (was dating Mr. B at the time) About 9 months later I started bleeding - went to my GYN who did the blood test again - my hormones had rebounded and I COULD get pregnant. In fact, they thought I was miscarrying and did a pregnancy test (thank God, I wasn't pregnant). The GYN said sometimes this happens. I yelled at her for letting me go off birth control, and a few months later, I stopped having periods forever - and love it. So make damn sure your GYN is positive your fertility hormone is gone forever before you go off birth control.
ReplyDeletegiven she is 46 and diabetic this can't be that good
ReplyDeleteon TMZ they were saying she did not know she was pregnant at first that she started working out harder but her tummy kept bulging finally went to the doctor to see if it was a tumor or a baby
Added to her age is the fact she is also insulin dependent diabetic. I am one, too. I was pregnant at 38, but my baby was stillborn at 28 weeks. Doctors suggested I have an abortion, and told me early on they doubted I would carry her to term. Although Cecilia would have been disabled, I couldn't bring myself to do it. It's a hard road for women like us, even at a young age.
ReplyDeleteShes a year older than I was when my first grandchild was born.

ReplyDeleteWasnt there a blind last within the last cpl wks about an impending announcement? Im too lazy to look, but think its there.oh screw it,ill look
ReplyDeleteOliver used to totally be hot. anyone remember that movie that he did with Diane Lane? I don't thinkhe'll hit her but she certainly will say that he did. Michael K said it best when he said is CPS is starting a file now.
ReplyDeleteAlso remember that blind about the ex is hooking up when they dropped off the child? Maybe this baby will look more like Gabriel after all.
Yes! I loved unfaithful. And when he was with kylie minogue, I thought it was just hottness overload.
DeleteOh yes Sherry, he was walking sex for a long time. I totally had the hots for him! When I saw he was dating Halle I was like whaaaa??? I didn't even recognize him. Homeboy did not age gracefully.
DeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteDon't you have to wait a bit longer than 3 months to know the sex of the baby? At least the children will grow up with at least one parent with a good sum of money. Therapy can be expensive.
ReplyDelete@dia papaya, I'm 50 and I'd LOVE to get pregnant! Not gonna happen tho, cuz Mr. Fig and I have been going at it for 2 years with no success, ah well. That's what our little fluffy doggy is for...child replacement. ;-)
ReplyDeleteMy great-grandmother had a child at 44...in 1916! So what's 1916's 44 in 2013 years, like 60? It can happen.
Yes my Grandma had her 5th child at 42 and a half (she always added the half) in 1959. And that was pretty old then. Crazy. But the human body never ceases to amaze. I hope she can get through without complications and has a healthy baby.
Delete"happened Naturally" umm, who says that?!?!? She is a trip. If she happy, that is all that matters. Why does she care if ppl know the EXACT method of conception?? T M fucking I Halle....geeeesh
ReplyDeleteI am very sad about this. Poor kid.
ReplyDelete@Scratchy Kitty, don't give up hope. I tried for 2 years to get pregnant with a second baby (first one happened when I was on the pill), finally gave up thinking it would ever happen and am now expecting again, five years later. :)
ReplyDelete@fordellcastle, I'm so sorry for your loss.
@PuggleWug, You can tell the gender usually around 10 weeks with ultrasound.
This is sad. Though gorgeous, Halle seems to have some sort of mental illness. If she's on meds, a lot of them don't mix well with pregnancy.
ReplyDeleteforddellcastle, so sorry for your loss. I was diabetic during my pregnancies only, at 35 and 36 and had no trouble at all. But it's totally different being insulin dependent, as my aunt and my dad were/are. As for the special needs aspect, for Halle the one stat I remember from all the genetic counselling I had was that at 42, the odds are 1 in 42 of having a child with Down's Syndrome. Spina Bifida etc, can affect a fetus when the mother is any age. My girlfriend had her first at 42, and she looked at it as the odds being 41 out of 42 that her baby would be just fine. Halle is a nutjob, so let's just hope the baby is healthy and she smartens up.
ReplyDeleteThere's always adoption, figgy! Though, I completely understand wanting a baby the old fashioned way. I often worry about my fertility after having issues with ovarian cysts and fibroids, and we don't even intend on trying for a lil pugwug for a few years.
ReplyDeleteOnce again we are being used. The timing on this announcement is a bullshit attempt to gain sympathy after their airport meltdown. There is NO reason on earth to announce a pregnancy to the world at 3 months. This applies to 45+ diabetic actresses or 26 year old athletic waitresses. She could have a m/c at any time.
ReplyDeleteI agree with others who guessed that crazy pants totally used donor eggs or pulled some from her frozen stash. For someone who claims to want so much privacy what’s up with the full media assault by blabbing the baby’s gender and fudged conception methods? Does she really think we are that stupid? Well, she did think someone would actually pay to see “The Call”.
If true she's an idiot...even dumber than I think she is and I think she's dumb.
ReplyDelete@Sherry.......
ReplyDeleteThe time is perfect...
This is one pregnancy I hope is fake but if it's real, I think Sarah is right:
ReplyDeleteI can't help but think this is a ploy for the court, if Olivier "needs" to move to France then Halle can walk into court and use their new child for leverage to get her way.
Did anyone see the footage of Olivier and Halle at the airport the other day? When he was about to strike the pap, Halle said, "Olivier, no!" in what I thought was an accent. It might have been my over-active imagination, but it sounded like a cheesy French accent.
scratchy - I know that pain. I finally got pregnant after several years of trying with the turkey baster! (done at docs office) But my good friend wasn't so lucky - it makes her sad but she's moved on.
ReplyDeleteI think stating it happened naturally is just a nice way to say this is a surprise we weren't expecting. It's PR spin, that's all.
ReplyDeleteMy friends grandparents were , her 51 & him 63, when they had a baby. 7 years after their last child. Baby was healthy n no special needs. Shocking bit it happens...
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to all of my fellow posters who, like me, struggle with trying to have a child. Halle sucks and it's hard not to think "why her?" I'll just try to ignore it and keep on keeping on, but that's just me.
ReplyDeleteI take a supplement called Maca. I take it for my thyroid, but it's an adaptogen, it's supposed to be amazing for fertility. There's no reported side effects, and I'm very sensitive to many things, and the only side effect I've had is energy.
DeleteI've read some reviews that claimed someone got pregnant after taking it a short while, and women and men can take it.
Oliver used to be hot, very much so in Unfaithful. WTF happened
ReplyDeleteFordellcastle so sorry you lost your lovely Celia. Sincere condolences. And to others who struggle with fertility. I know that's got to be heartbreaking.
ReplyDelete@fordellcastle: I'm sorry for your loss, and I hope something works out in the end for you and everyone else here who's struggling with their fertility.
ReplyDeleteI hope everything goes well for everyone involved in this situation, but I wish I could believe more strongly that it will...never mind any temper/mental issues w/the parents; she's a middle-aged woman with a serious health condition, and the combination automatically makes this a high-risk pregnancy. If it were me, I'd be more concerned with staying healthy for the child I already had than worrying about trying to hatch another one for whatever reason, but, well, she's not me. (Good for me, not so good for her.) If they're already saying it's a boy, it's very likely this was in vitro, because normally you're not going to know that about a pregnancy at this stage, unless the tests for birth defects that also indicate sex have improved dramatically in the last few years. (Isn't amnio something normally done in the 4th month?) *sigh...*
I'm 46 and had my last child at 40 and had liver failure and he had to be induced 3 weeks early to prevent stillbirth. She is at high risk for complications so I hope everything goes ok. 'Advanced maternal age" brings an increased chance of risk in so many ways both for mother and baby.
ReplyDeleteI wish her nothing but luck and happiness with new baby.
ReplyDelete-- Bridget said...

All of this. As someone who struggled to conceive, adopted and later became pg, I still hope for another pregnancy, but since I'm on the dark side of 40 I know it's not likely.
I hope she has a happy/healthy 9 mos and I agree with whoever said Gabriel A will be the new Denise Richards.
@MrsPMFU - gender cannot be determined by u/s at 10 weeks. Male and female fetuses have the exact same plumbing until after 9 weeks of development, which is 11 weeks into pregnancy. It takes several more weeks for differences to become apparent, and gender can't be determined via u/s until 16 weeks, at the very earliest (and not with any real accuracy until after 20-22 weeks). The only way HB could know the gender at this stage is if she used sex selection and conceived through artificial means.
ReplyDeleteThis is not going to end well. Those poor kids, with such a narcissistic, deluded mother and a violent, drunken father/stepfather. they're being set up for a life of Lohanism.
Serious question: If Halle gives birth to this child in France, does that give her more leverage when it comes to moving there with her punchthrowing dude and Nahla/bro/sis?
ReplyDeleteWow, that sounds about right. Devious
DeleteLeela, great info, thanks!
ReplyDeleteThis isn't surprising at all, I'm sure it's all part of Halles plan. I know myself I was told they couldn't definitively tell me the sex until 16-18 weeks, so that's BS. The woman is a one woman drama llama, she a devious bitch and I'm sure this is part of her plan to get Nahla to France.
ReplyDeleteCVS- an alternative to amniocentesis - can tell you the baby's sex by 7 weeks. As an older woman with medical issues, her ob would most likely recommend CVS or amnio to address any potential health risks for mom/baby.
ReplyDeleteShe strikes me as very unstable.
ReplyDeleteWomen in their 40's and 50's can get pregnant without medical help -some of us are just very, very fertile. Both of my grandmothers had children in their 40's; my great-aunt had a baby in her early 50's.
My doctor told me that based on my previous history and health that she would not consider me high risk until I was 45. I laughed and said that's nice. Two pregnancies in my 30's was enough for me.
@cdan reader - I politely disagree. Anyone should be allowed to make their own choice regardless of how far along they are. Yes, the risk of miscarriage is higher, but it's up to the parents to decide if they want to answer questions if a miscarriage takes place. It's not like making an announcement is going to jinx the baby and I feel sad people are judgmental if someone loses their baby and people are like " well they announced so early " . I found when we had a miscarriage in November it was harder to explain to my friends and family that didn't know why I was in the hospital or why I was crying for a week straight. This time we told everyone within a week. And if by some sort of tragedy we lost the baby it would be easier to talk about, less to explain and less shame in the loss. I feel like there's a certain stigma or shame to losing a child and because of this we are somehow not supposed to talk about it or announce a pregnancy " just in case ". I have no idea why celebrities announce their pregnancy to the world .. Money and publicity I assume .. But as a normal person I enjoy sharing the news with my friends, family and the friggin teller at Walgreens if I feel like it. And I'm prepared to answer the hard questions if the worst were to happen. It's about personal choice and what people as individuals are comfortable with. Ok - sorry - rant over - not trying to sound preachy either it's just a subject I've thought about a lot.
ReplyDeleteThank you for that. I am seven weeks and we told everyone when we found out because we went through do much to get pregnant (and I'm nauseous all the time). Sometimes I worry we "told too early" but a miscarriage could happen at any time during a pregnancy. I'm glad I shared my joy. Much happiness to you!

Delete@Alicia No worries! You were not ranting at all. Spirited discussion is welcomed/encouraged here, that’s why so many of us pop in everyday.
DeleteI’m so sorry that happened to you. I admire your courage to share a personal and painful experience. Sometimes when I’m banging away at my keyboard and snarking at celebs I forget about blanket statements that might hurt someone’s feelings in the real world.
Things don’t always turn out the way we planned…and that’s okay. And it’s totally okay to talk about it, whenever and to whomever you want. BTW - I always enjoy reading your comments!

ReplyDeleteHalle has said she cured herself off insulin with a low carb diet. Which being Type 1 I thought was impossible. Type 2, yeah, but not type 1.
ReplyDeleteDonor. Eggs.
ReplyDeleteWhile its not impossible for women to have babies naturally after 44. It's uncommon enough that they don't keep stats on it. That tells you all you need to know. She'll be 47 when her next victim is born. And since her only priority is her own happiness, I pity this baby. If Gaberial ends up with both kids that wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.
I'm interested to hear why some of you are only interested in becoming parents through a naturally occurring pregnancy. My ex felt the same way, but had no reason. Now I suspect it was so he could point to them and say " see, not gay.
She seems fucked in the head enough to actually be happy about it.
ReplyDelete@Alicia
ReplyDeleteI feel for you, no one who hasn't been there can understand...take care it gets better.
1) that poor kid
ReplyDelete2) Olivier is looking ROUGH
3) the only place I've read that they are having a boy is in the comments here - have they actually announced the sex?
4) I thought EVERYONE announced at 3 months (aside from Kate Middleton who was explaining why she was in hospital... Side note: you're a fucking princess, get a home visit!)
5) I was told by 3 doctors that I would never have a baby, between the ages of 17 and 30. I was cool with that, but the baby I am feeding this very second is proof the doctors aren't always right. I blame the champagne.
(as in I was tested 3times between the ages of 17 and 30 - I have PCOS and I was trying to minimize the associated affects.
ReplyDeleteAlso: they always told me to lose 10% of my body weight even tho I was already pretty skinny. At 30 I actually gained 20kg, so, over 40lbs, and got knocked up at 32. But then, I never do what I'm told...)
I think I would do what Alicia said, tell those you are close to when you find out. If a miscarriage were to happen, I wouldn't want my husband and I to be alone, not knowing who to talk to, since no one knew. I also wouldn't want to have to come up with an excuse during that time as to why I was hospitalized. Though I think for coworkers, acquaintances, etc, I would wait the three months to say anything.
ReplyDeleteI wish her a healthy pregnancy. When I read this, i was like wow never say never.
ReplyDelete@Leela
ReplyDeleteHmm you're wrong. Halle could have had the Materni-21 or Panorama test to find out gender and various other fetus problems. It's non-invasive and done with a sample of the mother's blood. It has a 99% accuracy rate. It can be done at eight weeks.
I had my daughter at 45 - she is totally normal. I guess Halle wanted to wait to have amnio or something similar.
ReplyDeleteIt is true the risks of downs etc is very high at this age but if like me you wanted another child but your fertility was on the wane (which for many it does) you carry on and take your chances. I had a 6 year gap between mine but just kept trying.
Now that she is engaged to Olivier she probably figures it's now or never.
For anyone struggling with infertility, I'm so sorry. My friend has written a series of articles for Parenting magazine about her journey and the things she's learned along the way
ReplyDeletehttp://www.sheknows.com/search?q=tonya+wertman+infertility&cx=016267293356803117977%3Ax4hy5ws1w8m&cof=FORID%3A11
My very first thoughts were that she froze her eggs. I see I am not the only one who is suspicious of her "natural" pregnancy. I also think if that is the case she probably chose the sex of the baby.
ReplyDeleteType 1 Diabetes can not be cured by a low carb diet. Unless Halle's pancreas mysteriously started producing insulin once again she will always be insulin dependent. She may be type 2 and can treat her Diabetes with a low carb diet.
Fordellcastle, I am sorry for your loss. My son is Type 1. I know how hard it is to deal with it day to day.
My aunt's menopause baby is now in her 40's.
ReplyDeleteI had gestational diabetes and got pregnant at 37. I spent most of my time on bed rest and in the hospital. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 4 years ago.
I wish Halle the best with her pregnancy. I'm sure she'll get the best care possible.
The very fact they pointed out they conceived naturally basically screams that they in fact did not.
ReplyDeleteI can't with this crazy bitch. Why bring another innocent child into this madness? Like Olivier will stop cheating cuz of a baby, please. As Enty mentioned above, his relationship w/ Kylie is proof that nothing will deter this skeezebag.
ReplyDeleteLord knows I love me some Halle Berry child. Swear I do. Defend her tooth and nail, been on the red carpet with her, etc.....but hopefully she has some type of contract with Olivier in place in this entire relationship is just for show and he's signed away the parental rights to the kid. Because I smell another situation like that actress from Gossip Girl whose French husband won custody of the kids when she worked her magic to get him deported and .....oh I hope she has things in place is all cause I don't know if I trust this ending too well.
ReplyDeleteIs this why he was living at the liquor store every morning and raging to everyone 3 months back?
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure she did this without his knowledge. Obviously he ejaculated, but y'know.
Wow. Y'all are harsh. There are women who conceive later in life. Yes, greater risk but not every woman wants to or needs to have children in their teenage years. I really can't see where she's so different from any other disgruntled parent wanting custody and she probably has been through a lot in her life. For y'all to say you hope Aubry gets custody, yes, let's give custody to the equally hotheaded unemployed model who does not seem to be actively looking for a new mode to provide for himself or his daughter. Let's not forget it takes two to tangle and part of the reason no Thanksgiving charges were filed were because the tapes show Aubry threw the first punch.
ReplyDelete@ericamega
ReplyDeleteI agree. I'm always shocked at how harsh people are to older mothers. Women do conceive later in life.
@Ericamega, the tapes were (conveniently) pointed in a different direction, and did not film the fight. Aubry was the one to alert the police to a tape to show what actually happened.
ReplyDeleteShakira - congrats!!!
ReplyDeleteCDaN reader - thank you :) I actually winced when I pressed publish and was feeling as though I put waaaay too much tmi in this post - and only checked today because someone mentioned on the OT blog they appreciated what I wrote. That meant a lot as does your response. Panic mode allieviated! I look forward to more spirited discussions
This is going to sound terrible but personally I feel mid 40s is not a time to have children. When that kid is ten she is going to be 57, how is that fair? Aren't people going to think she is the grandma? I say this as someone who had their 2 children young- 21 and 26 but I have the energy to spend time with them and when my eldest is 21 I will only be 42. I dont know but I like knowing that I should be able to help out with the grandkids one day.
ReplyDeleteHalle really has the worst taste in men.
ReplyDelete
