I guess Amanda Bynes was tired of all the wigs and being recognized so easily so she took out her trimmers and shaved half her head. She compared herself to Cassie because it is probably the only person she could think of who also shaved half her head. I think Cassie still keeps the same style most of the time. Once you do that and are known for it, it is tough to move on. Everyone loves to be recognized. Is it just me or does it look pretty good? Amanda looks more healthy too than she has been. I'm sure it is just a temporary blip, but the smile looks real.
I think she looks cute too. It actually works for her.

ReplyDeleteI also think it works for her. She's got kind of a hardcore look thing going with the yellow heels, ripped jeans, cheek piercings anyways, so it should go with her style pretty seamlessly. I have to say though that she looks like Demi and Miley's lovechild.

I did it & trust me its a bitch to grow out =/ very awkward stages your hair goes through. & totally weird, cuz I was in a very dark place when I made that decision to shave half my head too. I have a bad feeling about this. I think shits gonna get worse w/ her. But, that's just my opinion.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny - when I was a kid I thought she was really annoying on All That and looking back, she was really talented. Like how every one of Kristin Wiig's SNL characters annoyed the shit out of me but you could tell she's talented.

Speaking on SNL, remember when Rosie O'Donnell shaved half her head after she came out and went all angry on the world? SNL did a skit where the shaved half was Angry Rosie and the normal half was Nice Rosie, Jekyll-and-Hyde style. It would have been Horatio Sanz's best performances if he hadn't cracked up through it the way he always did.

I can see the piercing. I think they're asking why she's got that line of goofy looking highlight/glitter on her upper cheekbone. It looks weird. As for her hair, she should get over it already and either buy one of those damn Barbie heads or go to beauty school and give her own hair some downtime.
