All of this is seriously a fun thing for all of you to finally get shirts - and some fund raising, but even more importantly (as I've been in touch with her) mental and emotional support to I Do The Robot and her sister, and family - to know that all of the CDaNers are even doing something like this. Just the knowledge to them of people doing this is HUGE!
Serious thanks to Agent today - I've been working my butt off, and while I've been getting all that taken care of, she has been super trooper to make sure that people had up to date info on all of the threads today.

DeleteElin and her identical twin sister - wow, that has the potential for some dramatic conflict. Per the Daily Mail, they were both working as nannies for the same golfer when Tiger met Elin and, after their six-year marriage, gave her a $100m settlement. Josefin, the twin, works as a lawyer in London.

They are both 5'11". I can only imagine the reaction of the pro golf tour when the two towering, beautiful, identical 21-y-o Swedish blondes appeared!

ReplyDelete@ethorne: Charlize is one of the producers of a TV pilot that's being shot in the South End of Boston right now; I think it's called Hatfields & McCoys. Between that & the David O. Russell film, it's been Hollywood on the Charles around here lately!

People always point to Brit, Lindsay & Miley as the wild Disney girls, but Demi Lovato is 10x wilder and more messed up than Miley, somewhat better now, thank goodness, and Selena gets the "good girl" and role model tag. Besides parents should NEVER using celebs as role models, Selener likes the weed and the party, too. She and Vanessa Hudgens probably had no prob filming Spring Breakers.

I can't snark anymore today: OT I just found out that an ex boyfriend, who I had really, truly, DEEPLY, loved has passed away unexpectedly. He was only thirty four. He was my "one that got away". Rest in Peace my dear.

ReplyDelete@Mooshki: Agreed. A few days ago some tabloid had a picture of a country music couple I've never heard of (don't laugh at me) I think Fay or Faith McGraw? McHill? or something and her husband visiting the Goopster's family. Goop wasn't there, but Chris was and the photos were very clear of the Martin children.
ReplyDeleteI think there out to be a multi-country law against publishing pics of the children of celebrities, with major fines attached.
This would not apply to the children of Affleck/Garner or A-Hannigan/spouse, or Katie Holmes; they clearly call ahead to the paps to get the photos. Nice parenting.
Meryl Streep raised her family in the middle of NYC and I don't recall any photos of those children when they were growing up. It's clearly possible to raise kids without pap shots.
From now on, if a celeb appears once every two weeks in the Daily Mail with their kids, I'm assuming the entire thing is a photo op for Mom or Dad. As I said, nice parenting.

ReplyDelete@anon: You're probably right. Google says home is CT with an apartment in NY. My point stands; there are tons of actors out there like Meryl who don't appear in the Daily Mail every week. Daniel D-L is another example. I've never seen a photo of his kids, but I haven't searched. So the two of the most highly-rated actors ever have raised families under the radar.
ReplyDeleteIt's obviously possible to be an actor and not be in the DM once a week on the taking the kids out in a stroller gig, going to the gym thing, or whatever.
Garner/Affleck, Hannigan, Holmes, and Alba obviously phone ahead to announce their availability.
It's bad parenting.
I keep confusing Farrah Abraham (don't really know who she is in the first place but I've seen here around here) and Farrah Britt (Kyle Richard's daughter).

Cloche hats are always in style. I like everything Bethenny has on including the hat and the dress with the greek key trim, but sorry she creeps me out big time.
